Hotel Bellagio in Busan

I never want to go back to this place again. I booked two large twin rooms for one night and two days from March 29th to 30th, 2025. I was planning to stay with my young children, but when I checked in, the smell of cigarettes permeated the room, making it impossible to sleep. When I asked the owner to change rooms, he said it was because there were a lot of workers here, so they smoked a lot. He initially offered to change rooms, but then a little later, he said there were no more rooms available. So, I couldn't sleep, so I had no choice but to move out and sleep at another motel.
Even though the reservation was "non-refundable," the owner insisted on it, even though I couldn't sleep. It was outrageous. The owner insisted I call Trip.com, the platform, but Trip.com likely hasn't even visited the property. I think the owner should take responsibility for his own accommodations and feel sorry for the guests.
If you have a good reputation, you can stay here. But that waste will have an impact. I really don't want to go near that place again.
I wish Trip.com would stop selling motels like this. I think it might affect their credibility.
Still, the Trip.com agents were so kind and helpful, which puts my mind at ease.

Sneaky charges
Was charged afterwards for having checked in too early. Tried to charge for upgraded "VIP" room. Check in is 5pm only, and they will charge if you check in before that, even if all the rooms on the floor were vacant (Doors were open)
