Nice hotel , but no restaurant nearby and hard to order delivery. Only can call taxi , go out and eat. No early check in and late check out. Lots of service are chargeable, near a lot attractions

Great view! I liked French cuisine and barbecue, very tasty steaks. There is a bar with live music, where you need to make reservations in advance for the evening.

Supreme service. Definitely worth the price. Recommended for families/couples or business trips.

I didn't like staying at the hotel for the following reasons: 1. You can only go to the pool once a day, they won't let you in a second time 2. There's a paid sauna which just has 3 small pools with water of different temperatures 3. There's no hand soap in the room and l literally had to beg for it 4. The hotel description says there's an exclusive beach area, but there are no sun loungers downstairs...

Conveniently located right next to Haeundae Beach - it is the perfect hotel location for beach-goers in the Summer. The outdoor swimming pool overlooking Haeundae Beach is extremely lovely as well.

Best view in haeundae, Busan... you can see the ocean from your own bed through full glass curtain wall... excellent!!!

For vacationers spending their vacation in Haeundae, the location is great, just like Paradise Hotel. It was reopened on the site of the old Novotel, so the building is quite small, but the interior is clean. Above all, I liked the attitude and service of the staff. The indoor pool is much better, and the outdoor pool is too small, as if it was made for Instagram photos.

Clean. Well equipped. Shame the awesome gym/sauna facilities shut at 10pm.

Very good! Nice breakfast but be aware that you are not in the business sector more like the entertainment sector! If you are doing business in the Hyundae area this is at least 30 mins away!

The rooms are clean and the subway station is close, so it is easily accessible. There are many restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about food. I think the biggest advantage is that you can rest in Heosimcheong.

It was the beginning of a fun trip to Busan. If you don't include hot springs in your itinerary in Busan, it's not a close distance that you have to go to. It's the most inland area in Busan. I wanted to rest my tired body from everyday life and start my schedule in Busan, so I booked a 5-star hotel 'Nongshim Hotel' located in the Dongrae Hot Spring area on the first day to take a hot spring bath...

I booked a family trip and had a comfortable stay.

The service is good, the location is good, the sauna is also good. The hospitality is also good. It's an old hotel, but it's clean because it's a 5-star hotel, and the outdoor wedding was so pretty and special. Parking is convenient, and the staff at the wedding and buffet were all kind and nice. The food was delicious!! I'll rest and enjoy it.

We always stay at Nongshim hotel when visiting Busan as all the rooms have hot spring water so you can bathe and relax in the comfort of your room. Unless you are keen on hot spring water bathing this hotel isn't an obvious 5 stars. It shows its age and the service level is also not 5 star hotel standard.

Good just loud slamming doors. Location and amenities can’t be beat though.
