The hotel reception is a bit small, but the staff are incredibly proactive and helpful. They even approached me while I was standing in the lobby to ask if I needed assistance. Honestly, it was pretty average overall, quite a step down from what I'd expect from a six-star hotel. The hotel itself isn't new anymore, and the room maintenance was just so-so. The room was also quite small, and the faucet was just incredibly impractical—honestly, the most difficult faucet I've ever used. The service was standard, and communicating in English was no problem at all.
Room very clean and good view. The service was good beyond another level. Very near the beach. Wont go hungry as surrounded by so many restaurants. The only thing is the air con - fan mode in the room will not remain full bar despite we setting it, will change to two bar. However it will not affect my 5 star rating.

I paid for the view outside the room. Breakfast isn't included and costs over 200 KRW per person. Prices in Korea are incredibly expensive! The hotel is quite far from the city center, and you have to pay extra for amenities like the pool and hot springs. Remember to bring your credit card when you go out, as a deposit is required.
Check-in took an hour. Upon checking in, we were told we'd have to check out at 11 AM the next day and then check back in at 3 PM. What was most infuriating was being told over the phone when requesting a refund that we could simply switch rooms the next morning. We were also informed that the large pool was closed and the small pool needed cleaning, so neither was usable. I'd advise calling ahead...
