Hotel staff were very friendly and hotel has lots of family friendly facilities, game room, kids motor car driving (kids club) and many other etc. it’s right next to many famous restaurants, beach and even popular night market. The hot spring is very relaxing, and it's close to the beach. It's great for kids, especially being able to soak in the hot spring while overlooking the ocean from the pool. It's very pleasant and perfect for an autumn visit.

The sea view room at Park Hyatt Busan offers an unbeatable view, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing Gwangan Bridge – truly stunning at night. There are so many people and you have to fight for a seat. Also, you are supposed to put things back to tray. Staff dont clean frequently so the tables are always dirty.

Since accommodations around Busan Station were fully booked, I reluctantly chose this place near Jungang Station. The shuttle bus service, which was originally offered, is no longer available, so I had to walk to Busan Station. The room and breakfast were the standard Toyoko Inn offerings, just as I expected. The hotel reception is a bit small, but the staff are incredibly proactive and helpful. They even approached me while I was standing in the lobby to ask if I needed assistance. The service was great, but the only downside was that the front desk staff didn't speak Chinese. You can store your luggage there, and it's super convenient, just a right turn from Busan Station. It's perfect for travelers making a stopover between Busan and Seoul.

The biggest plus for this hotel is its super convenient location, being so close to Busan Station! There are plenty of places to eat nearby, plus coffee shops and convenience stores. However, the hotel room facilities are a bit old, especially the bathtub; water tends to overflow while showering, so you have to use a towel to mop it up.

This location is really great for independent travelers. Busan Station is right next door, making it super convenient to take the KTX to Seoul. For other destinations, you can catch a bus right across the street – incredibly convenient! They also have Chinese-speaking staff and can understand English.

The location is fantastic, practically right outside the station across a small road. And for under 400 a night including breakfast, the price is incredibly fair. Although the room is small, it's very well-utilized. As long as you don't have oversized luggage, it's perfectly fine for two people.

My second time staying here since my first visit to Busan in Dec 2024. The service, cleanliness and privacy level remain very good. I enjoyed the daily breakfast. Nongshim Hotel is a charming property in a prime location. I've often stayed here over the years, and it's consistently comfortable.

Good conditions and environment.

We always stay at Nongshim hotel when visiting Busan as all the rooms have hot spring water so you can bathe and relax in the comfort of your room. Unless you are keen on hot spring water bathing this hotel isn't an obvious 5 stars. It shows its age and the service level is also not 5 star hotel standard.

Honestly, it was pretty average overall, quite a step down from what I'd expect from a six-star hotel. The hotel itself isn't new anymore, and the room maintenance was just so-so. The room was also quite small, and the faucet was just incredibly impractical—honestly, the most difficult faucet I've ever used. Just your average outdated hotel. Noticed there wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom and the tv is quite small.

We came during a renovation/takeover. This hotel is popular among tour groups so often waiting long time for lift especially during our stay when there was only 1 functioning lift. Otherwise good location and large rooms. Mattress is very soft.

There was hair on the bed when I checked in, but it was too late and I was too tired to bother asking for a change of sheets. The outer room is very spacious, with a kitchen and a large multi-purpose table. The inner room has a bed and a wardrobe. Breakfast was decent. The beach is just across the road, and there's a snack street right downstairs.

Affordable and big accomodations, suitable for short stay with family. Staff were friendly and attentive to our requests. However, the flooring had a few popping ups which may cause discomfort to feet, so we wore slippers in the room.

Hotel is clean and spacious. However the entrance is not obvious hence need to walk around to locate the lift lobby which leads to the hotel lobby at level 4. Basic toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrush is not available in the room. I did not enquire with the room service as I brought mine. Nonetheless, the area is fantastic which is close the many restaurants, food stalls and the beach.
