The location is super convenient! Olive Young is right outside, and Lotte Department Store is in the same building. It's also easy to get to Seomyeon from here.
Facilities: A very nice hotel with excellent service and staff who are very cooperative and articulate.
Cleanliness: Traditionally clean, very satisfied.
Environment: A benchmark for five-star hotels.
Service: Top-notch service.
All good. However, if the gym is 24/7, it could be nicer.
Nice day and night view~
This established five-star hotel lives up to its reputation with excellent service and facilities. The location is incredibly convenient; Lotte Department Store is right downstairs, and Seomyeon Station is just a few minutes' walk away.
Great location with convenient transportation. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with excellent bedding. Facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, responding promptly to all requests. Food quality was consistently good. Overall, it offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this...
Had an excellent stay at Lotte Hotel Busan. The location is unbeatable, right in Seomyeon with direct access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great soundproofing and a nice city view.
Service throughout the hotel was professional and warm, from check-in to housekeeping. Staff were...

Not as luxury as advertised on booking site but still affordable and quite convenient from stations
This is definitely the right choice for business travel! The hotel has a dedicated business center, and printing documents and connecting to Wi-Fi were seamless. The desk and chair in the room are spacious, and the lighting is perfect for working. There are several chain restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about finding food even if you work late. They also offered a late check-out service...
The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was better than I expected. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and there were no issues communicating in English.
We booked different room types for our two-night stay; the first night was a double room, and the second was a twin room. The room amenities felt a bit dated, and the vanity in the twin room was particularly low. Despite the advertised 'Chinese guest courtesy,' I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk during either of my check-ins. We had to rely entirely on gestures!
Pros:...
Check-in is strictly after 3 PM, which differs from many hotels in China where early check-in is often possible if a room is ready. The hotel's facilities are quite dated; you can tell it was once a good hotel, but the amenities no longer keep up with modern standards. However, its location in Busan's old town is excellent. It's just a 10-15 minute walk to Lotte Department Store and 1.6 kilometers...
The Deluxe twin room is spacious. Not at all tight for 2 people with 2 big and 2 small luggage. Has all necessary amenities in the room. Only 2 bottles of water a day, but there is free water dispenser available in some floors. I there are 2 cups and 2 glass at the bathroom’s sink. Should add 2 more glassed and place with the cups for cold drink. There are new slippers and towels every day.

Hotel staff were very friendly and hotel has lots of family friendly facilities, game room, kids motor car driving (kids club) and many other etc. it’s right next to many famous restaurants, beach and even popular night market. Facilities were a little aged, but the cleanliness and hospitality is still remains. Thanks for giving us very good time while we were in Busan.
Hotel very nice. Especially swimming pool. Food also delicious. Mini bar in the room is reasonable price like u walk to buy from mini mart.
The Paradise Hotel in Busan boasts an excellent location, spacious and tidy rooms, and professional, attentive service. The spa facilities are top-notch with expansive views, offering a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
This hotel has a resort with a ******. It is well-known for its outdoor spa. It is a mimic of onsen in Japan. It is quite crowded during peak hours.
Guest room is a typical hotel room. It has balcony. Bed is very comfortable. However, there is no toothbrush and other disposable amenities available. Toothbrush and toothpaste are available with fee.
Check in process is straightforward but can be long...
The hot spring is very relaxing, and it's close to the beach. It's great for kids, especially being able to soak in the hot spring while overlooking the ocean from the pool. It's very pleasant and perfect for an autumn visit.

Overall, it was a good stay. I had emailed beforehand to request a crib, and the hotel even provided an extra bed rail for backup, which was a nice touch. Our room was on the lowest floor, and since it wasn't a sea view room anyway, the floor level didn't make a difference. The bathroom was quite spacious and convenient. The facilities were decent, though there were a few minor issues with cleanliness...
Great view! The night view is amazing! Convenient for getting around.
Great service from Park Hyatt Busan! Early check-in after arriving in Busan from a red eye flight was a great start to the trip!
Loved it... the staff were also very nice, patient, and enthusiastic. The views from afternoon tea and breakfast were great too 🥹
The soundproofing was great, and the concierge service was very enthusiastic. The room was clean, and the water pressure was excellent. There are convenient stores, BHC fried chicken, Samgyetang, and Olive Young nearby. It faces the bridge directly, and you can even see the Saturday night light show. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the yacht marina.
The only downside is that you need to put on the...
The sea view room at Park Hyatt Busan offers an unbeatable view, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing Gwangan Bridge – truly stunning at night. Nice room. Near to Busan station. Comfortable stay.
The breakfast place isn't Comfortable though. Feels like a food court/ fast food restaurant. There are so many people and you have to fight for a seat. Also, you are supposed to put things back to tray. Staff dont clean frequently so the tables are always dirty.
There were stains on the toilet seat, but the location is genuinely great, right in front of the bus stop.
1️⃣ The nearest subway station, Central Station, is only about a ten-minute walk away. If you take Exit 13, there's an elevator, then you just walk straight and cross one traffic light to reach the hotel. Exit 12 also has an elevator; walk straight from there and cross the street to get to the hotel. Please note, Exits 14, 15, and 17 are stairs!
2️⃣ The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's tasty...
This hotel is very close to Busan Station, just a ten-minute walk away. There's also a subway and bus station nearby, making transportation very convenient. Only the single rooms offer a harbor view; the twin rooms all face the city or mountains. The breakfast is good, but it gets very crowded, so you might have to wait a long time for the elevator in the morning. Toyoko Inn is quite environmentally...
Since accommodations around Busan Station were fully booked, I reluctantly chose this place near Jungang Station. The shuttle bus service, which was originally offered, is no longer available, so I had to walk to Busan Station. The room and breakfast were the standard Toyoko Inn offerings, just as I expected. Aside from the bit of a walk, there's really nothing else to complain about.
Everything was awesome for a New Year 2026 celebration at Toyoko-Inn Busan Jungang Station Hotel. Thumbs up for the Jap style sumptuous breakfast 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The location is super convenient, just about a hundred meters walk from Haeundae Station after taking the subway. Plus, the Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal is nearby. It's right on Haeundae Commercial Street, so the spot is fantastic. There's an Olive Young close by, a convenience store on the first floor, and an Eggdrop not too far, which sorted out my breakfast for a few days.
The room itself was...
It was okay, clean and tidy.
Service: Alright.
Environment: Not bad.
Facilities: Quite complete.
The location is great – right near Haeundae subway station, just downstairs from the hotel, about a 2–3 minute walk. The front desk service is good; they can help call a taxi to the airport. Eating and shopping are very convenient as well. It would be better if the hotel provided disposable slippers – it feels more hygienic. The photo below was taken from the hotel room.
Excellent location.
Hotel breakfast was superb, service is good too, very convenience and specious and also with good view to the ocean.
Between the proximity to the station and the short walk to the waves, this is easily one of the most convenient places to stay. I’d definitely book here again!
No air con or cannot reset the temperature, quite warm when u sleep at 26.5 degree! Good location but far far away from town ! Food location ok but no shopping for clothings! No tooth brushes n lift very slow and long long q !

Great location right by Haeundae Beach. The hotel is lovely, and the staff are very attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay.
The room was spacious, with great amenities and a very comfortable bed. On the day of checkout, it was raining, and the concierge staff were especially helpful in calling a taxi for us.
Thank you for the wonderful experience. We would definitely come back when visiting Busan again

After moving from the Park Hyatt Busan, I stayed at this hotel in the heart of Haeundae. My ocean view room was a bit small, but the view was fantastic – endless sea and sky, with a bustling beach that connects to a park, making it a great spot for a vacation or a stroll. Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to Busan's pedestrian street. The hotel staff provided thoughtful and attentive service, making...
The management was unresponsive and lacked proper communication. Even during days off, there was no monitoring while guests were staying.
I honestly question whether I can recommend this hotel to international visitors in Busan. Frontline staff tried their best, but managers were not supportive at all.
At the very least, managers should perform better than part-time staff
The managers here make less...
The hotel reception is a bit small, but the staff are incredibly proactive and helpful. They even approached me while I was standing in the lobby to ask if I needed assistance. We had a fantastic stay at the Asti Hotel Busan Station. The hotel is just next to the Busan KTX station. The Metro station is also very near to the Hotel and there are many taxis available at the Busan station. Our room view is excellent and it is facing the sea. The service was great, but the only downside was that the front desk staff didn't speak Chinese. You can store your luggage there, and it's super convenient, just a right turn from Busan Station. It's perfect for travelers making a stopover between Busan and Seoul.
The biggest plus for this hotel is its super convenient location, being so close to Busan Station! There are plenty of places to eat nearby, plus coffee shops and convenience stores. However, the hotel room facilities are a bit old, especially the bathtub; water tends to overflow while showering, so you have to use a towel to mop it up.

The sea view room is great, and the rooftop night view is fantastic.
Room is spacious, view is excellent. Overall not bad. Just that toilet is kind of small
My sister, my best friend, and I (four of us in total) came to Korea and were very happy with our stay. The hotel has a great sea view with a wide-open vista, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There's a convenience store right downstairs, which made buying things incredibly easy. Overall, it was clean and tidy, and getting around was convenient. Highly recommend!
The room wasn't very big, but the bedding was decent. There was no bottled water on the first day, but there was on the second. There's a folding glass door for soundproofing. Breakfast offered a good variety, and you can see Busan's night view from the rooftop.
Amenities
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with well-maintained facilities. While the room size for three persons is slightly compact, it is still cozy and functional enough for a pleasant stay.
Location
The surrounding area is relatively quiet with limited amenities nearby. However, it is conveniently located about 10–15 minutes away from both Lotte Mart and Nampo Station, making it easy to access...

I stayed this resort for a business trip, I liked it!
The ocean view was great. It was clean and in a good location.
A trip with my parents and kids♡
While the view was Oryukdo Island, I was a little disappointed that I only saw the side.
The accommodations and bedding were clean, and the shower had great water pressure.
The sauna on the fourth floor wasn't large, but it was clean and well-maintained, and it was enough to wash away my fatigue.
Taxi rides from the accommodation took 12 minutes each to Blue Line Park...
Overall, it was clean, but the place was old, with some cracks in the bathroom tiles.
I was a little disappointed that there was no air conditioning.
Also, I booked the room after seeing the first picture, but it was very different from what I expected. It was smaller than I expected.
It was amazing. The staff are so warm and very helpful. The foods are great too. Above all, the location is great... you can see the sparkling, colorful gwangwali Bridge while enjoying your favorite drink.
I stayed at Haeundae Hanwha Resort for 2 nights.
Pros: Delicious breakfast
Perfect ocean view
Fast elevator
Cons: A bit far from Haeundae Beach (but still within walking distance) So it's quiet

Hotel just beside Busan station. It is so convenient and comfortable. Breakfast local cuisine delicious.
It’s worthy to stay when traveling to Busan
Easy access to(from) main station, clean room and facility.
I would surely stay there on my next trip to Busan Easy access
The location is fantastic, practically right outside the station across a small road. And for under 400 a night including breakfast, the price is incredibly fair. Although the room is small, it's very well-utilized. As long as you don't have oversized luggage, it's perfectly fine for two people.
My second time staying here since my first visit to Busan in Dec 2024. The service, cleanliness and privacy level remain very good. I enjoyed the daily breakfast. Nongshim Hotel is a charming property in a prime location. I've often stayed here over the years, and it's consistently comfortable.
Good conditions and environment.
We always stay at Nongshim hotel when visiting Busan as all the rooms have hot spring water so you can bathe and relax in the comfort of your room.
Unless you are keen on hot spring water bathing this hotel isn't an obvious 5 stars. It shows its age and the service level is also not 5 star hotel standard.

Great location! The facilities are new. Although the price isn't low, the breakfast is fantastic! The Club Lounge experience was also really good. Loved the truffle-flavored chips and cheese they offered! The hotel service is very considerate!
Great location, amazing staffs, excellent service, good breakfast spread. Really enjoyed my stay.
Facilities: Pretty good, I experienced the extra bed this time and surprisingly, it was quite comfortable.
Hygiene: Okay, didn't find any dirty spots.
Environment: Very good, right by the sea, which is very convenient.
Service: Alright, I didn't encounter any discriminatory treatment.
The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and it was right by the sea with unbeatable views. The service was excellent, and the afternoon tea and late-night snacks were a very nice touch.
Honestly, it was pretty average overall, quite a step down from what I'd expect from a six-star hotel. The hotel itself isn't new anymore, and the room maintenance was just so-so. The room was also quite small, and the faucet was just incredibly impractical—honestly, the most difficult faucet I've ever used. The service was standard, and communicating in English was no problem at all.
Room very clean and good view. The service was good beyond another level. Very near the beach. Wont go hungry as surrounded by so many restaurants. The only thing is the air con - fan mode in the room will not remain full bar despite we setting it, will change to two bar. However it will not affect my 5 star rating.

The location is excellent, with a CU convenience store right next to the hotel. It's about a 500-meter walk to the very center of town. The breakfast is good, and the hygiene is great. The room is a bit small, but it has everything you need. For the price, it's an absolute steal!
Too small. My luggage barely fits, and it's not comfortable to stay in. Why is the bathroom so tiny too? As someone of my height, it was really inconvenient. I don't recommend it.
It was a nice stay. The area is in the centre of Busan, which makes transfer from Green and Orange lines quite easy. The hotel staff are wonderful, breakfast was a buffet type and hearty. I felt very safe.
The location is decent; it's very convenient and quick to get to the airport. There's no elevator at Exit 8, so it's better to use Exit 10. The breakfast spread is better than what you get in Haeundae. There are plenty of BBQ restaurants, convenience stores, and beef intestine places nearby.

Great location, and the fried chicken downstairs is absolutely delicious. However, the hotel elevators are incredibly slow and always crowded. Getting to the parking lot is a bit of a hassle, and the facilities are quite old. The air conditioning in the room was completely useless, making it very stuffy and hot.
I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my 4-day trip to Busan. It's super convenient with plenty of food, drinks, shops, and places to browse right downstairs.

Amazing location, big sized rooms, we took the sea facing room so had fantastic views and breakfast was great. All around we were very satisfied with this place
