The towels and slippers were changed everyday and trash cleared promptly. Location was good, ~4mins walk from the Centum city train station, and surrounded by shops and malls. Staff was friendly and patient too

I loved the view, it was spacious, they were very thorough with instructions and it was in a prime location for everything we needed to do.We stayed on the two floor duplex.It was an amazing stay and would come again.

Although I didn’t catch his name, he spoke excellent English and assisted me by replacing my lost breakfast coupon. Earlier that morning, two other staff members had turned me away when I reported my lost coupon

This place is wonderful, great service help, we stayed in the full ocean room and it has its own balcony with a door you could sit out there and watch the ocean.

The hotel is old and needs upgrading. Breakfast is over priced and the buffet breakfast remains the same for the two days I was there

The staff were very accommodating, and the room was comfortable, but the standout feature of this hotel has to be the heated pools and the Cimer — which is a bit like a Japanese onsen

Location is just at haeundae beach with many food choices. Room is big too. room cleaning service in the morning is too loud. And you can hear the door banging and shifting of furniture next door.

Location is great. walking distance to Haeundae Beach and Haeundae Night Market. The room space is big. We arrive late in the evening (almost 11Pm) and the staffs are accomodating.

wonderful location near the beach and traditional market. the service and cleanliness is also wonderful. with swimming pool and gym facilities.

The bed was soft and very comfortable—we slept really well. The only small downside was the lack of hooks for hand towels in the bathroom

Room is comfy, but there was some loud noise like construction work at 2:30 am that let me wake up. The fee for breakfast is with 60. It would be good if the hotel could change their fees accordingly

It was a beautiful place,but too expensive, even the pool you bewd to pay when it supposed to be free amenities

Nice hotel , but no restaurant nearby and hard to order delivery. Only can call taxi , go out and eat. No early check in and late check out. Lots of service are chargeable, near a lot attractions

We really enjoyed here, close to local market and beautiful dongbaek island walk. But the mostly impressive service was the staffs! They were so professional and kind. We will come back again.

The location is excellent! Access to Haeundae Beach & walking distance to the market & subway stations. The staff ma were very helpful & accommodating, spoke good English. Nearby street seafood stalls & street food

Thankfully there are plenty of excellent local restaurants in a leisurely walk by. The bathroom was very basic and older in decor despite the rest of the hotel being a recent refurbishment

Excellent hotel right on the beach in bustling Busan. My only slight negative would be a) the size of the bathroom (despite booking a premium sea room) and b) the cost of the evening meal

com super last minute informed me that out of the 4 nights I had pre-book and prepaid, only 2 nights were available. They have to transfer me to another hotel for the remaining 2 nights

Westin chosan has the best location, which is directly connected to the haeundae beach. Great views from the hotel! Modern rooms and great service!

The hotel's infrastructure is great and the environment decorated like a Buddhist temple is an attraction in itself. The rooms we stayed in were very comfortable, Good beds and impeccable cleaning service

The hotel has an indoor warm pool, a small gym but the best attraction in my opinion is the diverse and abundant buffet breakfast

It was a pleasant stay! Thanks to everyone we met during our trip.

There was an unpleasant smell from the carpet on the 16th and 17th floors. No welcome surprises except for tea for two from a bag 9. Only a paid and terribly uncomfortable hat for the pool 11

I didn't like staying at the hotel for the following reasons: 1. You can only go to the pool once a day, they won't let you in a second time 2

There's a paid sauna which just has 3 small pools with water of different temperatures 3. There's no hand soap in the room and l literally had to beg for it 4

There are paid sun loungers by the pool

The room has 2 queen-size beds. Our room is on a high floor and we had a good view of Haeundae Beach. Very convenient location just across the beach and the traditional market a short walk away

My family stayed in Kolon Seacloud Hotel in the Deluxe Super Twin Room (Ocean View) in mid June 2025. The room looks recently refurbished, furnishings and bedding look new, and bright lights

It was a great stay! View was good. Hotel is very clean. Service was good. Recommend to stay here! Only comment is bathroom could be bigger if there is refurbishment of rooms next time 🙂

had an amazing stay at Kolon Seacloud Hotel! The location right on Haeundae Beach is unbeatable, offering breathtaking ocean views from the room, especially during sunrise

Very near to the nearby attractions and there are lords of eateries around the hotel area.. room is big n spacious.

However best view of the beach. Can see the whole drone show and beautiful sunrise too. Just not much facility to use. Right in the core of tourist area and lots of dining options

The hotel did not serve breakfast despite the website saying so, and the room and general areas are worn down or just not even finished. The room appeared to be half decorated

The lady at the front desk tried her best, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to relax in Busan, there are far better places within the same price range

Also to note, the windows on the higher floors have no security locks and swig wide open…I was solo travelling but would not have felt safe if kids were in the room

Excellent location in Gwangalli. Great view of the beach if you choose the rooms with a view. Great places to eat nearby. Room walls a bit dirty.

The hotel has great location, few minutes to Busan station, nice rooftop pool and view, good service..

Roof top pool is more like a pool bar to enjoy breakfast or drinks while enjoying the skyline. Not for actual swimming. The cloth dryer in the room is a plus point.

Clean, Staffs were so friendly. Only down side is the washing and drying. I had to give up on the drying and do it in a laundromat. But, overall, very great hotel

Warm staff at counter. Clean hotel and near train station. Room spacious and clean.

Storage space in the room is very limited - there are no drawers or cupboards at all, and no luggage rack so you can unpack your suitcase on either the floor (very little space) or the bed (unhygienic)

The staff were very friendly and the room condition was good. The rooftop pool is heated so it's great for kids to play in. The location is also very convenient for moving around.

Nice location. Pool looks amazing on pictures but when we were there they don't even have chairs next to the pool to rest and get tan, I was so disappointed.

The reception area is a bit like that, but everything else is perfect.

Very good! Nice breakfast but be aware that you are not in the business sector more like the entertainment sector! If you are doing business in the Hyundae area this is at least 30 mins away!

This hotel did not restock our tea bags, they did not provide big enough towels, only hand towels, they also did not want to allow our guest to even enter our room for some reason he had to wait downstairs when we went to put our bags away

Great hotel with close to 2 subway line(both within 5-7min walk), next door with one 24hrs famous busan pork soup, hotel guest also enjoy discount for coffee located right next to the hotel, overall service is good with spacious room, would definitely return to the same hotel

La Mer hotel is a good hotel in Busan. It is not far from the metro station and you can enjoy a free access to the gym (which is a real gym, not a hotel gym) and a sauna. There is a cheap coffeeshop downstairs.

Not difficult to find but it’s a short walk from the nearest MRT station. Gym and bathhouse were rather neighbourhood style but well furnished and crowded at times.

The hotel's facilities are fully equipped with all the essential amenities, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable and restful night's sleep during my three-day stay
