Great location with convenient transportation. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with excellent bedding. Facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained
The front desk staff were professional and efficient, responding promptly to all requests. Food quality was consistently good. Overall, it offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations
The location is incredibly convenient; Lotte Department Store is right downstairs, and Seomyeon Station is just a few minutes' walk away
This established five-star hotel lives up to its reputation with excellent service and facilities
I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Busan
All good. However, if the gym is 24/7, it could be nicer. Nice day and night view~

Great hotel and location right on the beach. Central location next to all of the restaurants in the area. Service is outstanding and rooms are spacious.
Hotel staff were very friendly and hotel has lots of family friendly facilities, game room, kids motor car driving (kids club) and many other etc
it’s right next to many famous restaurants, beach and even popular night market. Facilities were a little aged, but the cleanliness and hospitality is still remains
Hotel very nice. Especially swimming pool. Food also delicious. Mini bar in the room is reasonable price like u walk to buy from mini mart.
The hot spring is very relaxing, and it's close to the beach. It's great for kids, especially being able to soak in the hot spring while overlooking the ocean from the pool
The hotel pool was great and relaxing, the service was excellent, and it's a short walk to the beach

The desk and chair in the room are spacious, and the lighting is perfect for working. There are several chain restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about finding food even if you work late
The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was better than I expected. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and there were no issues communicating in English.
They also offered a late check-out service, which really helped me with my luggage storage problem. The service was incredibly thoughtful
Check-in is strictly after 3 PM, which differs from many hotels in China where early check-in is often possible if a room is ready
We booked different room types for our two-night stay; the first night was a double room, and the second was a twin room. The room amenities felt a bit dated, and the vanity in the twin room was particularly low
Despite the advertised 'Chinese guest courtesy,' I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk during either of my check-ins. We had to rely entirely on gestures! Pros: Excellent location

Comfy bed and quiet room
The breakfast place isn't Comfortable though. Feels like a food court/ fast food restaurant. There are so many people and you have to fight for a seat. Also, you are supposed to put things back to tray
The only minor drawbacks were that the breakfast selection could be more diverse; there was a disproportionate amount of kimchi varieties, and the smell of kimchi in public areas isn't something everyone can tolerate
The hotel's location is excellent. There's a bus stop right outside. To the left are Busan Station and Chinatown, while to the right, you'll find Lotte Department Store, Nampo, Jagalchi Fish Market, and Busan Tower
Exit 12 also has an elevator; walk straight from there and cross the street to get to the hotel. Please note, Exits 14, 15, and 17 are stairs! 2️⃣ The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's tasty and filling
Only the single rooms offer a harbor view; the twin rooms all face the city or mountains. The breakfast is good, but it gets very crowded, so you might have to wait a long time for the elevator in the morning

Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to Busan's pedestrian street. The hotel staff provided thoughtful and attentive service, making my stay very comfortable. The amenities were comprehensive
Stayed at Grand Josun Busan and really enjoyed the experience. The beachfront location is unbeatable, with direct access to Haeundae Beach and amazing ocean views from the room
The room felt spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool and facilities were well maintained and added to the relaxing vibe. Service was attentive and smooth throughout the stay
On the day of checkout, it was raining, and the concierge staff were especially helpful in calling a taxi for us. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We would definitely come back when visiting Busan again
My ocean view room was a bit small, but the view was fantastic – endless sea and sky, with a bustling beach that connects to a park, making it a great spot for a vacation or a stroll

Busan, 67 DongBaek-Ro (12 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Pool: Pool
We really enjoyed here, close to local market and beautiful dongbaek island walk. But the mostly impressive service was the staffs! They were so professional and kind. We will come back again.
Excellent hotel right on the beach in bustling Busan. My only slight negative would be a) the size of the bathroom (despite booking a premium sea room) and b) the cost of the evening meal
Thankfully there are plenty of excellent local restaurants in a leisurely walk by. The bathroom was very basic and older in decor despite the rest of the hotel being a recent refurbishment
Westin chosan has the best location, which is directly connected to the haeundae beach. Great views from the hotel! Modern rooms and great service!
Great location, right by the sea and beach. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and the room facilities felt a little outdated.
Amazing views. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Customer service was polite and friendly. Will stay again.

Busan, 51, Marine city 1-ro, Haeundae-gu (11 km from centre) 🧭 Map

The sea view room at Park Hyatt Busan offers an unbeatable view, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing Gwangan Bridge – truly stunning at night
I had emailed beforehand to request a crib, and the hotel even provided an extra bed rail for backup, which was a nice touch
The soundproofing was great, and the concierge service was very enthusiastic. The room was clean, and the water pressure was excellent. There are convenient stores, BHC fried chicken, Samgyetang, and Olive Young nearby
The only downside is that you need to put on the 'make up room' light for housekeeping, otherwise, the room won't be cleaned even if you return at 3 PM. If you put on the light, it gets cleaned promptly
Our room was on the lowest floor, and since it wasn't a sea view room anyway, the floor level didn't make a difference. The bathroom was quite spacious and convenient
It faces the bridge directly, and you can even see the Saturday night light show. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the yacht marina

The best hotel ever! I do understand why it got the 2 keys at Michelin Guide. Everything is perfect and the staff has been so caring. I will recommend anyone to stay at Signiel Busan
Great location! The facilities are new. Although the price isn't low, the breakfast is fantastic! The Club Lounge experience was also really good
Facilities: Pretty good, I experienced the extra bed this time and surprisingly, it was quite comfortable. Hygiene: Okay, didn't find any dirty spots. Environment: Very good, right by the sea, which is very convenient
It is absolutely amazing hotel, with brilliant service, beautiful views of the sea and amazing spa facilities! Receptionists were very friendly and helpful, and we loved the beautiful views from the outdoor pool!
Loved the truffle-flavored chips and cheese they offered! The hotel service is very considerate!
The service was good beyond another level. Wont go hungry as surrounded by so many restaurants. The only thing is the air con - fan mode in the room will not remain full bar despite we setting it, will change to two bar

hotel will issued the voucher to access hotspring (can issue more voucher? yet to check) access to gym, required payment to access (for a 5 hotels operator, the FREE access should be provided) not crowder area and easy access to local foods
The hotel spa / bathhouse is second to none in terms of baths available, even better than Spa Land in Shinsaegae Department Store. It might not be as new, but the age has added a bit of character to the place
It was clean and the location was great. The hot spring was the absolute highlight! The staff were friendly, and with many excellent restaurants nearby, dining was very convenient.
It was excellent, they gave me 2 free drinks and to enter the hot springs ticket for free. The hot springs is best. I always go twice a year to visit because of hot springs.
If you stay here, do not miss it. There is also a German brewery located in the hotel as well that is worth a stop for some entertainment if you are passing through
Nongshim Hotel is a charming property in a prime location. I've often stayed here over the years, and it's consistently comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at Busan Business Hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Busan
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a modern design and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet despite being in such a lively area
Overall, Busan Business Hotel is a reliable, comfortable, and convenient choice, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Busan
If ever i will go to back to Busan i will definitely choose this hotel again🥰 The location is perfect. You can take a taxi just outside the hotel and a lot of restaurants nearby

Amazing location, big sized rooms, we took the sea facing room so had fantastic views and breakfast was great. All around we were very satisfied with this place
The inner room has a bed and a wardrobe. The beach is just across the road, and there's a snack street right downstairs
However the entrance is not obvious hence need to walk around to locate the lift lobby which leads to the hotel lobby at level 4. Basic toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrush is not available in the room
I did not enquire with the room service as I brought mine. Nonetheless, the area is fantastic which is close the many restaurants, food stalls and the beach
Affordable and big accomodations, suitable for short stay with family. Staff were friendly and attentive to our requests
However, the flooring had a few popping ups which may cause discomfort to feet, so we wore slippers in the room

We also tried the hotels breakfast buffet and it was good ( i love the freshly cooked waffle croissant - i tried one and went back to make some more ). i would surely stay at solaria the next time i go back
The hotel is near the metro station Seumyeong and the reception was polite. The room was clean, and it is near two large malls at least. They also have a Japanese toilet. All in all, it was a good stay.
The hotel is near Seomyeon subway: take exit 4 and walk through a nice underground shopping street selling clothes and cosmetics. Exit to floor level and walk till you see a medical building
Turn right and right to get to hotel front. Rooms are clean and neat: windows can be opened during winter to let in cool air. Location is good as you can walk to AnPeong cafe street
Booking Solaria was my First choice, after reading reviews from other posts, true enough it answers my expectations, the front desks are very helpful and very courteous
The room size was good for the 3 of us. Cleanliness was good, toiletries including toothbrushes, shower caps were provided. Each of us were given a sheet mask each

The sewer smell from the bathroom bothers me a little, but that is a common problem in other hotels in Korea. Because the drainage on the bathroom floor is open all the time
The hotel has been running for more than 40 years, but everything is immaculately maintained—from the crisp, clean lines of the furniture to the spotless, gleaming bathroom
The natural light and the breathtaking view of the Yong-Do bridge only added to the premium feel. Highly, highly recommended if the Busan city view is the prioity
The design was elegant and cohesive, featuring a beautiful color palette and quality furnishings
Also, beautiful view from our Premium room, facing the sunrise so we could enjoy a cup of tea/coffee peacefully in the morning

Smack bang close to many restaurants, arcades, entertainment and most importantly street food. Area very fun and lively at night. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Simple, clean, easy.
The location is very convenient, situated in the northern part of the city. The room size was decent, but the air conditioning was problematic. When turned on, it hummed constantly and emitted a burning smell
On the first day, there was no bottled water in the room. Interestingly, on the second day, without even requesting room service, bottled water and towels were left outside my door
The rooms are nice, big and clean. Coin operated facilities are located on level 6 although there are only 2 x washers and 2 x dryers they are commercial so took about 30 mins to wash and another 30 mins to dry
Room was spacious with sufficient amenities though rooms on the 6th floor are noisy from the bowling alley below. Price is good for what you get so would recommend!
The location is literally right in the middle of the shopping area and about no more than 5 mins walk to subway station. We booked 2 x double room for family of 2 x adults and 2 x teenagers

Loved the location and we got the presidential suite, it had the best view. Customer service was amazing. Employee was so helpful and genuinely caring. Would definitely recommend and come back again. Going to miss Busan!
However, no breakfast was provided throughout our stay (and it wasn't even an option to purchase), which might not be ideal for older guests or children (though convenience stores offer rice balls and instant noodles)
There are many restaurants and eateries downstairs, and the Haeundae Night Market is just nearby, making everything very convenient. The beach is right next to the hotel, only a 5-minute walk away
They helped us book a late-night taxi for our return journey. I was short of 2,000 Korean won, and one staff member kindly paid it for me. Thank you so much — He is a very kind person
The room was spacious and clean, and it even had a bathtub. My children loved it and wanted to play in the water every day. The staff were very kind and thoughtful

The room was quite spacious, and the hotel offers great value for money. The front desk staff were also very friendly and accommodating, even allowing free luggage storage
Great value for money and the location is perfect as well. Far enough from the city centre for some peace and quiet, but there are plenty of food and drink options nearby
The view from the hotel was really nice and you can get anywhere in 30 minutes either by bus, or by metro. There is a convenient laundromat inside the hotel already, so you don't have to worry about that at all
Sorry I don't have a good picture of the bathroom, but it was great with a japanese style toilet and a regular shower cabin with a door. And normal-sized towels as well, not the tiny one as in most hotels in South Korea
The elevator lobby had a faint grape gummy candy scent, and there's an OY (store/restaurant) right downstairs, which is very convenient. It's also about a 10-minute walk to both beaches
Very convenient as it’s walking distance to the metro and mall. There are restaurants and convenience stores attached to the hotel too. Just the room is a little bit old. But all good.

Excellent facilities and convenient location. Perfect spot for a relaxing holiday with breathtaking views and hygiene.
Situated directly in front of Gwangalli Beach, the hotel's location alone is enough to make it truly satisfying
Being able to relax to the soothing sound of the waves put me in a fantastic mood throughout my entire trip
Great view, location and spacious room. I love the stay and the friendliest of hotel staff.

I was very satisfied with the room; it was a great deal and the price was excellent. The location is super convenient, really close to Busan KTX station. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time
Towels are not Snow White, pillows are thick, room carpet is too old. However location is OK.
The facilities are a bit old, but they are clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, which made for a pleasant stay. The price was also very reasonable, especially for the end of the year! 🫠
However, if you wanted extra water, a bottle cost 10,000 Korean Won, and on one of the nights we stayed, the hot water wasn't hot enough… The OLIVE YOUNG exclusive discount coupons were fantastic!
The room size was just right for our luggage, and the location was good too (there's a convenience store right in front). The bed size and room cleanliness were both excellent

Large room with comfortable beds. Kitchen area, which was nice for families. Near restaurants and the beach. Really far from main attractions of Busan. Probably not the best unless specifically wanting to visit the beach
However, the room that was advertised on the website is not necessarily the one in the building I stayed in. They own two hotel buildings across the street and the lobby of the newer one is a lot nicer
I wouldn't pay extra though for what you get
Extremely satisfied! The room was large and clean, and very quiet. There was a self-service coffee and water station in the lobby. The staff were super nice and patient, and some even spoke Chinese
The room was very spacious, and the location was excellent. Downstairs, there was water and coffee available. Everything was great, except for a minor issue with the bathroom drainage
The building I stayed in was a little bit older and that’s probably because the price I paid. Regardless, photos between the two buildings need to be more accurate

While I can overlook the towels to some extent, they still had yellowish stains in several spots
The pool water was so dirty, I got in and immediately got out. There were three college-aged guys in the room next to ours on the 13th floor who were yelling and jumping on the beds until 4:30 AM
The building was shaking! The soundproofing doesn't seem to be very good, but I'll chalk that up to bad luck with room assignments. I barely slept, constantly cursing in my mind
Plus, it took exactly an hour to get my car out of the parking garage. On the upside, the bedding was clean and the water, being from a hot spring, felt nice
The value for money was decent, and the location was good, plus all the staff were friendly. However, it felt more like a motel than a hotel
Firstly, the faucet handle in our room's bathroom sink was loose and halfway turned, and generally, the place felt quite old and worn out
