As a solo female traveler I would not recommend this place as getting back after hours feels unsafe as a female. It is far out. You have to walk a long way to the subway on an empty street (no people) with closed shutters when you return to the hotel. No lights in front of the hostel. It does not feel great. The manager is friendly though and the room clean. The bed is a bit hard. Check in times were flexible. You could wash which is nice.

We stayed at this guesthouse during our trip to Korea and overall, it was a good experience, especially considering the price. We arrived at night, and finding the place was a bit scary since the area was very dark and it felt quite far from the train station. It would have been helpful to have better lighting or clearer directions.
The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept. We never met the staff in person, but they were consistent and responsive, which made things easy for us. The amenities were mostly complete, though it would have been nice to have a mini-fridge in the room.
If you’re traveling on a budget, this is a great option. It’s affordable, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Close to the airport, self check-in is very simple. There's a washing machine and a fridge on the rooftop, but the fridge isn't very clean. The room was spacious, with an entrance hall. There's a fan and air conditioning, but it gets extremely hot in the bathroom.

Good size room, even a small hallway at the entrance where you can put your shoes and suitcases. Free laundry on the roof. Terrible pillows. There is a wonderful coffee shop on the next street, where the most delicious coffee in Korea

Very good hotel for it's price. Very close to bus stop (derect buses to airport, train station, subway stations). 15 minutes walk to subway. Clean rooms with new AC, fan, hot water and window. Nice rooftop dining area, big dining area in the basement. Hotel is recently renovated.

The locations was easy to find. Once we arrived we greeted by our room key which meant you can just do a self check in. The room was really really nice and clean for good amount of money. All amenities that mentioned was provided by the owner. The owner also greeted us and offering to help carry our luggage by the stairs. He also help us with kakao Taxi booking to the airport. Overall the place is really nice and exceeded my expectations. Even the lounge room reallyyyyyyy nice! Thank you owner will repeat booking again soon
