Parking was a bit inconvenient, but it's decent for the price.

It was about a 15-minute walk from Busan Station, which was totally manageable! The front desk staff were very kind. I called the front desk around 3 AM because the hairdryer wasn't working, and they handled it without any fuss. The amenities included a comb, toothbrush, (oddly) hairspray, bottled water, and towels. I stayed for two nights, and I was pleasantly surprised that housekeeping had refreshed the room with new towels, water, and amenities. It was a great stay, and I'd love to come back again.

Modern and new hotel located super close to Busan KTX train station

Location is very near to Choryang metro, using exit 7 and one stop before busan station the main transportation hub for Busan. There is CU nearby and hotel has a coffee and toast cafe downstair. Room size is adequate and cleaned every day

Great location and clean rooms! the room has air conditioning and a TV, the bed is very large, I felt like a queen on it) There are staff members at the reception desk around the clock, so there were no problems with check-in and check-out. I really liked everything!

Gray Hotel was great! It was close to Busan station, 800m, it’s walkable for adults, Mcdonalds, bakery, coffee shops are along the way. Also, many other stations and bus stops in 1-3 minutes away. Many restaurants are just outside the hotel.
More importantly, I impressed with the details they thought about visitors. Double room had two TV, two air conditioners, heated mattrass, smart toilet, big bathroom and it was exactly same as in the photo.

Moreover, Gray hotel provided hair spray, lotion, ear cleaners, face foam cleanser, sanitary pads for women, sponge for body was etc apart from shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Amazed how many detailed things it provided everyday.

We stayed at very expensive hotel in Seoul and The Gray Hotel was so much better than this Seoul hotel.

Highly recommend 💙

Walking distant from main Busan station, quiet environment. Short walk to metro station. Very convenient.

Great location close to the metro station, one stop to the Busan Train station so is very convenient if you have also booked train tickets to arrive/leave Busan. Room is not that big but is more than enough, specially considering the price and location. Can recommend if you are planning to stay around Busan Train Station.

Next block clinic is having renovation during the weekday so we can hear the drilling sound. Otherwise all is clean and good.
