Simona, Pedro , Emily, Juan , Charo I had a wonderful stay at Ibiza Vibra Mare Nostrum, and one of the highlights was the amazing reception team. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
The staff made check-in smooth and easy, gave great recommendations, and were always attentive whenever we needed assistance. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service really made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay.
A big thank you to the entire reception team for making our Ibiza experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again!

Basic 3*. Slow on reception (though Mario was very friendly). Not really all inclusive as have to pay deposits for everything - tokens for a cup, 20€ for a towel which they can’t record on their system so have to keep the piece of paper to get the money back. Snack bar had nothing left out of normal eating areas. Food very basic poor quality / cooking but you get what you pay for. Fruit juice fake and full of sugar/processed. Very slow to return money for tokens / towels on checkout. Can only get drinks for 2 people at a time at reception. Not enough sunbeds. Charge extra for the front row sunbeds 50€ a day. Reception and pool modern but rooms and bathrooms very dated. Poor cleaning. Towels removed from room and not replaced. Managed to get from reception but then had no bath mat or hand towel. Balcony nice enough. It’s ok for a quick party trip but is a basic 3*.

It’s a great place, clean with a lovely ambience. It’s in a fantastic location. The staff are all wonderful and very attentive. I would very much recommend coming here. My friend and i come back every year… two or three times! :-)

The swimming pool here is super nice, I really enjoyed my stay. I’ll definitely be coming back! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Joel and Dani were great, but a special shoutout to Marko at the ticket desk, he’s absolutely the best. Thanks for a great time!

The hotel is in a very good location, five minutes from the beach with its restaurants and the entire entertainment district. The hotel met my expectations, although the price was a bit high.

I love this hotel I stayed here in april/may its ideally located and has everything you need. I prefer a top floor room due to noise above both ither than that it's perfect. Great selection of food and drinks, all inclusive meals are delicious. Staff are very friendly. Beds and pillows are comfortable.

Incident with the first room which had a strange smell, I asked for a change of room and they forced me to pay extra!! Basic breakfast.

Food is basically inedible, snack bar has 3 things on it. Dinner starts at like 7/7.30 which is far to late for an all inclusive holiday, majority of events have begun by then, but I’m sure that’s why the hotel do it. All inclusive isn’t all inclusive as you have to buy a token for a drink as an add on and they give you a cup, hard to not loose it, or people steal your cup, so keep spending on the token and it eventually adds up. The hotel is just a big money making scheme, everything they can charge you extra for, they will. Have to pay 10€ a day for better drinks, and even then they aren’t better. Only actually get a decent drink when you pay full price - not included in all inclusive. As soon as you check out, drinks stop and you can’t pay late check out either. Staff rude when asking for towels in your room as cleaners took the towels and don’t replace them. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, definitely wont be staying again. Only thing that was good was the location and how quickly cabs arrived. You’re better off staying in this hotel if you never want to sit in it and have things booked. The all inclusive is definitely not worth it and you will be wasting your money.
