Beware of this hotel it has mold issue that is damaging to your health. You can smell it as soon as you enter the rooms. The staff are all very rude people and not accommodating even after spending thousands of dollars to stay here you get treated with no respect and a Room that smells like mold due to the mold issue. Filthy hotel

Good experience. Enjoyed breakfast very much. Beach was nice. Service was not great. The staff were not friendly. Expected a nicer room and better service for the price, but still enjoyed the experience.

Hotel was lovely but the staff were not. A simple solution could have been reached about a passport on check in as I had a copy and was checked in at another hotel who had it on file. Instead they insisted I go back for it which took 2 hours £150 in taxis and I missed the start of the event! I suggested phoning the other hotel, gave them my photo copy but no my friend had her copy with her too so such a carry on made. When reading regulations online all they needed was the passport details which I was able to show them. Spoilt a very expensive stay which was also celebrating a special event. 2 days later and my £300 deposit still has not been released either.

Hired the room for a stag do so we could fill it with booze and have everyone in the garden bit. Worked a treat, saved a fortune rather than getting a table or everyone buying booze from the bar all day. Would just be careful with what you use in the room most of its chargeable so you’ll get a hefty chunk taken off your deposit afterwards if you aren’t careful

This is a very lazy property. Guests come for the party and the party is fun, so the property doesn’t have to try hard to deliver on any other front. The service is the worst part of the hotel, especially drinks and food at the beach restaurant. It’s expensive, slot and unfriendly. Shame, because the hotel could be so much more than a concert venue.

I've never stayed in a hotel with such poor service and encountered such awful front desk staff. It was a complete scam. We booked a suite, and upon check-in, the front desk told us a bottle of wine would be delivered to each room, just call for it. However, the front desk number never went through during our stay.

When we were about to check out, we went to pick it up and asked about the wine. The receptionist said the card clearly stated it could only be used in the restaurant, which doesn't open until 7 PM. They then quickly checked us out.

After checking out, while waiting for our luggage, I looked at the card again. The last line said I could call room service to have it delivered to my room. They had already deceived us. I asked again, and the same receptionist said they had already checked out and no longer owned the room, so they couldn't give us the wine. It turns out the person who checked us out first was actually waiting for us. :)

I booked a night club with my friend, and stayed for 2 hours in total. As a result, due to the error in the information, we were given a room where we couldn't even see the stage. We argued with the front desk for a long time and the service attitude was poor. Later, Ctrip realized that the room photos it provided were wrong and gave some compensation. I have to give a thumbs up to my black diamond customer service here.

Beach access was great as well the food options. Pool had limited seating unless you want to pay premium. All
The staff was super polite and helpful.

The AC in our room did not function as it should and the sofa did not appear to be cleaned properly.

Having a view of the party was pretty cool.

Next time we will try staying at the the unexpected

Marvelously.the room was perfectly clean.near to the parties,. The staff super friendly (mister Andrea at reception for example )super kind and competent. Pitty thought for the inconvenience of the incident on Monday when I arrived from the UNVRS club .the hall was full of smoke the rooms wide open , fortunately no was was injuring.and this affected also the facility of the swim up pool and I couldn’t really enjoy the very last day. Otherwise was everything (almost)perfect!

I went here on Calvin Harris day, and apparently, it is the strongest day of all. One thing is for sure, it was amazing. Totally packed of people, amazing environment where you can see all kinds of people all looking for the same: FUN. I would say nothing or no one could surprise you in such an atmosphere. Everything is acceptable, from the regular outfit to the most crazy stuff you can dream about. That makes this a unique experience. I did not feel any aggression in the air, just fun. I would strongly recommend this.
