Sa Pedrera Suites & Spa in Es Pujols

Stayed here for a few days last week and loved it! On the outskirts of town but easy 6 min walk to shops and beach. Even though the hotel was fully booked it never felt busy at all. Rooms were modern and chic and comfortable and clean. However the rooms could definitely use blackout curtains! Not a big deal since I brought an eye mask though. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy taxi ride to the prettiest beach in Illetes (19 euros one way) and to the ferry (about 13 euros). The rooms all come with a beach umbrella too to take with you. Tip for the beach— ask to be dropped off near Ministre restaurant in illetes. From there, take the boardwalk north and to the left side of the beach. From there you can rent two beds and an umbrella for 30 euros. However you need to get there before 11 am as it fills up fast. Beautiful view of the beach and more comfortable than laying in sand on a towel! But no restroom facilities or food so bring snacks and water! Would recommend staying at this hotel. They also have a spa area that’s free to use for water circuit therapy. The pool area is nice but get super sunny during the day and the water is cold. The chicken tacos are fantastic here super juicy and yummy as were the nachos.

WOW - almost do not want to write this. Pretty much as close to perfection as you can get. Amazing staff. So friendly, helpful, fun right from the outset. Nothing was too much trouble. Pool setting is absolutely beautiful as are the rooms. Very good gym for a hotel of this size. Really short walk to the beach and town. Can see myself going back time and time again. Indeed already rebooked (with kids for end of holidays). Reeeeeelaaaaaaxing in style. Special mention to Anke who is absolutely a super star.

Just such a lovely hotel in an exceptionally beautiful island. My husband and I have stayed twice and will no doubt be back. The hotel is modern, consisting of three white low rise blocks around a pool, on the the edge of Es Pujols (less than 10 min walk away). Everything is white, glass, stone - modern and quietly luxurious. The rooms are pretty spacious, with balconies, small couches inside, as well as a little kitchenette area. The beds and linens are comfy. AC is powerful. The staff are all helpful and friendly - from the reception desk to the waiters and waitresses. (You can buy cocktails or drinks from the staff at most hours of the day/night, if you like.) the towels, robes etc are fluffy and plentiful. The room has a parasol for the beach in it already, should you wish to shade yourself. Fresh beach towels are available for you to take each day, very conveniently. Breakfast has a good variety of foods; pastries, fruit, meats, cheeses, juice, many types of tea, the whole lot. Coffee is made by capsule from a nespresso type machine which works well if you love coffee like me, and want several cups to start your day. Despite the place seeming to be fully booked, we never heard much from our neighbours and the ambience of the place is very much relaxed, not loud or boisterous. There is a beach 10 mins walk from the hotel, so you can walk there (with two beach bar/restaurants and a boat rental place). In about 10 mins or less drive by car or moped there are famous beaches like illetes beach or mignorn, two of the most beautiful beaches I have seen in Europe (soft sand, clear waters, relaxed atmosphere). The town has everything you could really need, lots of places to eat, various bars, clothing stores, tabac, supermarket, pharmacy etc. including a place to rent mopeds quite easily. There also seem to be multiple bike& e-bike renters as well. I’ve stayed in many places for beach holidays and this is really is the best, it has the total package of being a genuinely great hotel in a great location on a fantastic island (formentera being relatively unspoilt by the touristyness, over development and cheaper package deals that maybe have diminished other popular sun destinations in Europe). For us it was the perfect base to explore the island and just totally relax, in ultra pleasant surroundings. (They have a sister hotel in Cala Soana which also looks lovely: we had a very tasty dinner there once.)

Beautifully appointed rooms and common areas. Reception service was excellent...this is how it should be done! No evening restaurant, but this is not an issue as there is a great choice of eateries within easy walking distance. Would stay there again. Relaxing and peaceful.

The best stay in formentera very quiet, the personal are so lovely and professional, the spa is just perfect I will come back for sure. Also for the pina colada, Thank you for this amazing experience,
