Hotel Aguere in La Laguna

We only stayed for one night, prior to a flight from Tenerife North airport. Very comfortable room with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and served in the internal courtyard area, behind the cafe. We parked our hire car overnight in a multistorey car park about a 10-minute walk from the hotel ( about 25E charge). There is no drop-off area or parking provided as the hotel is in a pedestrian only street.

I found this hotel scrolling the internet because I only needed one night before going on my cruise. I arrived very late. There was a very kind receipt and help with the luggage. The hotel is very old but in a super condition. I loved the patio. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is situated in the center of the town so shopping starts immediately at the front door. Everything was beyond my expectation and convinced me that it is not necessary to be in a super, super hotel next to the beach. I would love to come back. Thanks for your kind service.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located in a nice pedestrian street.
Rooms are super spacious and have a quirky old style. It was, still, a bit cold
Luckily we got a heater but a kettle for hot water could also help. Also we wish they had double beds.

Lovely old grand dame in center of town and close to all shops, restaurants and local attractions.

We stayed at the hotel for six nights. The room was spacious and on the first floor. We liked the bed and also the large, renovated bathroom. As it is an old building, the floor was made of wood. There is no elevator and the rooms on this first floor are spread out in the courtyard. Daniel's service was excellent and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has a cafe with a direct entrance from the street. It is a pedestrian area and therefore there is sometimes some noise from the street, but for us it was not a problem.

We stayed in the hotel for three nights. It is a nice historic building with a cafe at the ground floor. The hotel lays in the middle of town in a pedestrian area. Still it is not far from where one can take a taxi or get dropped off. Our room was spacious and quite at the third floor. The bed was comfortable and everything nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers breakfast, which was ok. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and all kinds of shops around. We would stay there again.

Beautiful historic hotel right in the center of laguna, one of the most attentive service I've experienced in Spain. Delicious breakfast is served at your table and staff swiftly attends to your next coffee.

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Agüere in Laguna Tenerife, the first hotel in the area with a rich historic charm. The service was exceptional, and Daniel at the reception stood out for his outstanding assistance, providing valuable recommendations for activities and restaurants. While the hotel lacks modern amenities like AC and lifts, these absences contribute to its unique charm, reminding guests that they are in a historic place to be appreciated as such. Overall, a shining success for our first visit to Tenerife and Laguna. Words can’t really express how much we loved this place and our few days there. Only bad side is if you need to keep the windows open… you are in a very busy road!

This is an excellent historical hotel with a cafe on the 1st floor. The staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly. I would visit again just for the warm welcome I received. It's in one of the best locations you can find in La Laguna, along one of the foot traffic only roads, between the cathedral and chapel. It's surrounded by tapas places and shopping. Please keep in mind that as a historical building, if you're looking for quiet rooms, you may want to look elsewhere; opening the window means you get sounds from the street until late at night. The rooms aren't air conditioned, so they can get stuffy if you close the windows. That said, I had a magical experience here and hope to have the chance to visit again.
