The hotel is renovated, with large and clean rooms. 5 stars for daily cleaning and towel changes. The food is practically the same every day, but there's a wide selection. A big plus for the beautiful beach across from the hotel, although sunbeds are available for a fee. Unfortunately, the pools aren't heated. Overall, it was a very pleasant vacation.

Cala Marsal Hotel has been fully renovated and looks fantastic—modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The location is great too: just a short walk to a clean, pleasant beach with warm water, and still within walking distance of the town center (though nicely tucked away). We also really liked the wellness area! The only area that really shows its age is the pools—they seem older, with some rusty spots...

Room was great. But when i checked out they said i had to pay 10 euro. I ask for what they say for drinks not included in breakfast. I did not buy any drinks other then juice that was included. I held my ground. They showed med a receipt with a signature that was not mine but attributed to my room. I was not mine. When i said that the receptionist got this angry look on his face and just said fine...

If you're looking for an all inclusive adults only holiday, this hotel is perfect! A great choice of food, loads of sunbeds in a lovely relaxing location by the sea. The only small thing missing is a kettle in the room, I missed my morning cuppa!

We have just returned from a weeks stay, and we had the most relaxing time. The staff work tirelessly, always polite, and always with a smile. An absolute credit to the hotel. Perfect in everyway .... We have rebooked for 2026 already. Hotel had all we needed ... 10 mins walk to local shops and an amazing beach .... Next town is 20 mins on the bus which is so easy to get to

Brilliant stay, food good choices, staff professional and friendly , reception really help full ,especially when we changed rooms which as singles were on the tight side, very clean but some lacked storage space. Over all a good holiday , enjoyed by all .

Great food, sensible prices, the best people who are keen to get everything right. Really worth eating at HPC and this time my turbot was a full grilled fish and absolutely perfect. Just try it. Wonderful place and my local favourite restaurant

We had a highly enjoyable stay at HPC. The room was big, clean and the beds very comfortable. Service was excellent, we had to add a night to our stay and Natalia made a great effort to accomodate. Very good value and excellent location, would highly recommend.

Overall good It is a very nice location, very close to the marina and restaurants. There is a discount to some restaurants which is a nice threat. I recommend it.

Good food and good service. For years, it has been a classic restaurant in Portocolom where you can enjoy a correct dinner. To dine here is to dine correctly in terms of price and quality. Friendly staff.

Room is ok, but there are some stuff that I don't like.For exemple the airconditioner is too loud.There are too old items in room wich they must replace it - see the picture. Food is good, not top food,for exemple at breakfast you can get:eggs, salata, potatoes, fruits, fish, cookies, etc. Caffe, juice, water.

We leave tonight and are sad to be leaving. We've had the best holiday. all staff are lovely Steve is great with the kids, the food is fabulous hotel beautifully clean we brought 3 children 5 months age 4 and age 9 and they have all loved it.

We have just returned from a fortnight at this hotel, there were 7 of us including 3 children of ages 6, 4 and 14 months. The hotel catered for families very well. The pool was children friendly, the staff were so helpful and the hotel was exceptionally clean. Good place, near to the beautiful beach Cala Marcal and some restaurants. Swimming pool with view on the sea. Nice people but bathroom quite old and missing pieces in the kitchen.

IKEA style decorated apartments, really nice view, a shame that there was a electric boiler (around 50L) and not central heated water.
