Good holiday, great staff, small let downs Great staff, lots of kids entertainment, good food with variety. Room was the only let down with a revamp needed - rotting wood and black mold which is a shame to be it’s only real let down.

This resort is great if you have young children. There is really nothing for adults to do. The evening show, pool setup and outdoor activities are all geared to kids. I only stayed for 3 days, but would have been bored if I stayed for a week. There are excursions off the resort and a small town and beach nearby to walk to, but we did those in one day. We had a fantastic stay with our two young children. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of food and drink options to choose from. The only two downsides were the extremely loud atmosphere in the main restaurant, which made meals a bit stressful, and the beach shuttle service. Lovely hotel, helpful staff, good food, plenty of Sun loungers, fab pools (especially the kids one), a tad far from everything but the bus stop is outside hotel and you’re in shopping area in 10 mins, a short walk away from bars showing UK football, very clean. It's not a 4 star hotel. From flies coming up the drains to rats being caught and/or poisoned. The food was reasonable however a lot of it was clearly bought in. The staff were all friendly. My only negative comment is due to the reservation of the sunbeds, people putting their towels out at 6 to 630am! Great localization, next to local shops, supermarket, restaurants etc. 5 minutes on feet to the Beach. Even though there is only one pool it was enough for everyone to have fun during pool animations or to swim as one half is like 1,2m and second 2,4m. Food was fine, but we were bored with it after few days. Drinks - some were just fine, some were not so good. Big plus for that rooms were cleared everyday...

Overall good, there's parking outside, four swimming pools, and plenty of sun loungers, and they don't take reservations. The food was good, just a minor complaint about the live cooking...otherwise, it was like any other hotel. The all-inclusive package was very good, with no queues and generous portions. In general I must say, that the hotel meets more or less the expectations. The property is old, so there are multiple things people might notice, it is missing a fridge in the rooms and good internet connection. But on the positive side: the staff is friendly, the food is tasty, they give you a gratis crib for the baby, the area is made family friendly, has ramps, aqua park, umbrellas, baby food chairs...

I like that the breakfast was served until 12:00 and they had a snack from 21:30 till 23:00 which was brilliant. Cleaning was done everyday which you dont find in some 5* hotels. I did not like some of the staff being rude and the area you are a bit isolate, and they can improve the transfer to the beach with a bigger car.

Me my husband and our 5 friends stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. We booked premium, and although some of this was closed due to the time of year, we still had a great stay. The rooms are very clean, and the premium pool area was also great. The only thing I would suggest is that the snacks had a cover over them to stop the insects landing on them.
