Beautiful beach. It is a public beach though. Highly recommend getting the bed and breakfast option as a minimum or the full all-inclusive.

Great hotel with everything you need. The staff, food, and service are quality. We never usually go the same place twice, but I would definitely return to AluaSoul!

We really enjoyed our stay at the AluaSoul. We did half board. The buffet options for breakfast and dinner were good. We ended up venturing out for lunch and there are good options nearby. Stayed here for a week. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and happy to help, and the many dining options in the hotel were delicious. The hotel put on activities throughout the day and the 3 pools and easy access to the beach was a bonus. Please note that some of the restaurants were not open every day, and it would have been helpful to get access to the app used for making dinner reservations...

Great location and loved having the beach right on our doorstep. Very close to the local town but not much to do in the town and could offer more activities within the hotel but still a very enjoyable stay.

Clean room, housekeeping cleans and restocks room daily which was so nice to come back to! Beautiful resort, beach is very close and staff was extremely helpful! Parking can be tedious but it’s the way all over the island! They provided crib for us and the store right across the street has everything you need including some baby supplies!

Perfect location right next to a beautiful beach. Adults only pool in mid September was not that busy. Rooms were refurbished in May this year but already many scratches, doors not closing properly - it’s clear it was not the most high quality refurbishment. However sound proofing was great. Stayed for 4 days with family to celebrate our granddaughter’s 18th birthday. Smooth check in and found our rooms which were in the same corridor. Our room, 121 , was a superior one. Fantastic hotel. The staff are so friendly...the all smile and say Hola! The rooms may need a little refurb, but the were clean and spacious. We even had our own little garden in front of the pool. We went as a family of 12 all of really really Enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. Food quality was excellent we had fussy eaters but they always found something to there liking. Staff always greeted you with a smile on there's faces. Cleanliness was spot on towels changed everyday. If you do holiday here the tap water and pools are salt water. This hotel is also suitable for the disabled.

Nice hotel, lovely helpful staff, food is great, with great selection. Every night entertainment, enough sun beds, and great stuff for kids. For us as a couple was not ideal because of the many kids, but we chose it, so not the hotels fault, as they done everything to entertain families and kids. So it is a good choice for families.

Parking was tough but possible. Area around had good places to eat. Hotels elevator was broken and didn’t have a bell hop or a cart to use to bring one bags all the way up to the 4th floor. Just got back from this hotel and honestly I cannot find a flaw with it. The staff are excellent, the bar staff were attentive and at no point did I feel like my glass or in certain cases glasses. Loved our stay. It was a basic room in a great location. The breakfast had good options every day. The staff we met were all friendly. Easy parking at the spar across the road. Recommended! Good location especially if you use the bus/land train, which we use them to get to other Calas, to Palma and the airport. Close to the marina and the beaches (about 10 minutes walk) and very central. The hotel is well maintained but a bit dated. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is good. I would recommend it.

Good place, calm vibe. By mistake we booked only for one person and I just wish the staff were more compreensive about that. We ended up paying almoust double the online price because for the hotel refused to cancel our stay so we could book again for 2 people. Perfect beach just 5 minuts from the hotel!

I have returned to this hotel many times. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, giving you the choice to be healthy or as self indulgent as you like.Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are well maintained and very clean but then, this describes the hotel in every aspect. I will definitely be returning but may, unfortunately, now have to wait until May 2026! Lovely stay We had a lovely stay, it’s in a great location - 5min walk from a beach and 2mins to the shops & restaurants but it was still really quiet. Staff were friendly and the room was basic and relatively small but all we needed for a few days. The pool was lovely and clean too. Breakfast was great - loads of healthy options and hot and cold food. Would recommend if you’re staying in the area

Stayed here for 5 nights AI, we paid for a deluxe sea view room although the view was lovely (view of front pool and beach) I would have preferred a full sea view more round the front, however we didn't feel the need to complain or anything. Happy Bed was so comfy! Clean nice small room. Newly done up. Clean bathroom and newly done also. Nice quiet rooms. Only once heard people next door. The mirrors de fog and aircon in the room. Staff are absolutely lovely!! Only things was it was a little expensive for such a small room. But everywhere was! Lovely experience and good location.

It’s located in a quiet are but just a short walk from the restaurants and beaches. We stayed in the annexe on the second floor overlooking the pool. No problem getting sunbeds. The corridors and rooms are in very good condition and the shower in the bathroom was good. The air conditioning in our room was the best I have had on a holiday - quiet and effective

Lovely rooms, excellent facilities. Nice pool area separate to some of the accommodation but only on another street. Parking on street near the hotel. Very close to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Couldn’t be more helpful. Towels for the beach and parasols are able to be hired straight from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
