We had a lovely, peaceful stay during the off-peak season. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and right on the beach with a few local shops nearby. Just returned from a weeks hols in October 2025, just my and son and a I. Hotels remote, but beautiful. In fairness it was better than good, very good even, just not quite 5 stars. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel Almuñécar, the hotel was very clean and my room was very comfortable. The staff on the reception were excellent and very helpful. The beach is across the road from the hotel with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel has a secure underground car park which meant parking was easy.

Stated for 9 nights Nay/June and returned at the end of July for 24 nights, some as a solo traveller before my husband joined me for the last 12 days. Already booked for Easter next year. The hotel is immaculately clean, staff are helpful and friendly and the food is of a good hotel quality. Nothing I can criticise as it’s just a great place.

A OK hotel and could use a bit of TLC overhaul. It’s a sleepy joe town where most retirees find peace and quiet! We loved it but may not be if you are young and looking for fun or party. If you come here, you MUST try the burger it is the best one I have ever had. The pool is heated and the good size. The rooms have balconies over looking the old town and orchards, it is relaxing and tranquil. The room service is really good and the buffet has a delicious variety of Spanish food.

The reason why I booked this room Was because they had pool but only to find out that the pool was closed 2 weeks ago for the winter😡!! I feel so ripped off! Pool closed starting October 1st should be part of the “blurb” of the hotel.

My daughter had private hurdles class at the stadium and this hotel is literally across the street. Very convenient. It’s also very walkable to the beaches and restaurants. There’s Mercado on Friday and Wednesday. A big Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona in walking distance. It was decent and perfect for our short stay.

Clean, modern hotel, ideally located for us on a quick stop off to break up an otherwise long journey home from Cadiz.

Manuel at Reception gave us a room with a fantastic view! Very relaxing to watch and hear the sea from our balcony! We will come back as friendly and good service throughout!

This was our third stay at Hotel Casablanca. Our room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Staff was professional and spoke good English. The hotel is a little tired and could do with some updates and the walls are very thin, but it is a charming building with a lovely location.

We stayed 2night, it was quiet seaside hotel. All the staff were very kind and welcoming. No facilities in the hotel, just sleep, eat, swimming in the sea, little walk, and cat watching. Breakfast was delicious with simple order and they made best sunny side up egg.

The hostel the tower is in a great place to spend as a couple or family, has spectacular views, the rooms are great and with an unbeatable cleanliness, I recommend one hundred percent, the attention to the public a success and especially with A great receptionist named Sergio who makes this place have a special charm. Situated in the middle of Almunecar's old town you were surrounded by buildings and traditional narrow pedestrian paths. A very charming setting. This place was value for money. Superb hotel. Huge rooms, even the bathroom was bigger than a lot of hotel rooms I have stayed in. The restaurant upstairs on the 3rd floor has the most beautiful views from the terrace and a €10 set lunch menu, €16 for dinner.
