This is a most beautiful beachfront hotel with every facility you could imagine, yet it's the staff that make it really special. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel and extensive grounds are immaculate. There are 2 large pools and one has a path to the beautiful Barrosa beach, where there are also restaurants. Although the weather was rather poor, we had a very nice experience. The staff was extremely friendly and recommended a couple of places nearby we visited. Room has an amazing view! Non of the pools were open. You have to pay for everything on top including the safe! Not coffee machines or kettles in room. Kids club 1 person for 15/20 kids. Food was good the stabilised program for kids in the app did not run as scheduled

Great size room for standard. You get a box back in England for the same price. Huge bed and so comfortable. When I first sat on it I thought the mattress was really firm but because it was memory foam I woke up feeling so fresh every day and my back wasn’t in pain. Same with the pillows. A splendid hotel in a splendid location. The gardens in which the pools sit are excellent and very well maintained. The food is uniformly good and the staff are happy and helpful. While difficult to pick out anyone special, mention of Laura in the sunset bar is a must, cheerful ,informative and efficient. There are no other restaurants in the vicinity so you are somewhat obliged to eat in the hotel cafeteria. The hotel cafeteria is crowded and has bad noisy acoustics. When you can eat outside on the patio it is lovely but when you must eat inside (because they have decided to close it off), it's hell. I don't understand why they would close patio seating when the weather is beautiful and indoor seating...

Great location and nice common areas, but the rooms were in very bad conditions, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, as of Easter Monday, the breakfast buffet was significantly reduced. Items like Spanish ham, guacamole and different kinds of bread were completely removed, even if the breakfast price per person remained the same regardless of the day. This was very disappointing.

The guests at our wedding virtually took over one block and their review was very favourable. I stayed for two nights before the celebrations kicked off and I thought the furniture and kitchen utensils were a little dated however the restaurant and bar was very good and there was a very good selection in the buffet. Final conclusion is this venue represent excellent value for money.

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of July. Hotel and apartment gardens are beautiful and the nearby beach is stunning. There are 5 pools so the place never feels crowded.
