We do not rate this as 4 star hotel. No tea/coffee making facilities in room, cheap plastic mattress protector made bed hot, no satellite TV, nothing in minibar (water only provided on first day), asked for packed lunch instead of breakfast on last day which was dismal and told "not allowed" a coffee. Best thing about hotel was location but they have become complacent about their standards.

The bedroom we stayed in was large and spacious with a balcony that overlooked the sea. The spacious bathroom was equipped with a shower plate and fully equipped with gels, shampoo and hair conditioner. The breakfasts and dinners had a good and varied selection of food. There are two bar lounges where food and drinks are served, and there is an outdoor swimming pool which my family and I used in December

Beachfront - with sunrise and sunset views from every balcony. All rooms have a view of the sea. The staff are lovely. Mariano and Pedro, along with Niki, really stand out. Rooms are comfortable, well appointed and clean.

What a wonderful hotel right on the sea! I am stunned to see any negative reviews. The room was fabulous, staff very helpful and the food was just delicious! Tons of variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Huge buffet. Wonderful coffee maker to make expresso, cafe con leche, etc. Rooms are clean and quiet.

Everything amazing except i regret being on the first floor as its the only balconies that are concrete and not glass so when sitting or lying down you dont get that lovely view. I guess its for privacy as its a low floor. However the glass balconies look lovely as the view through them is amazing whilst lying on the bed or relaxing on the balcony. The best hotel in Benidorm for us. The moment you arrive you feel a great sense of relaxation. The decor is fabulous and the pool area is lovely with a warm pool and plenty of natural greenery. We've been to Benidorm a few times and stayed in different hotels. This was the best so far. It's a modern hotel with great facilities and a really good location. Our favourite hotel! Absolutely spotless, smells so fresh and clean. Breakfast is the best ever and the service is second to none. My only little snag is that it can get a little noisy outside in the early hours of the morning, in our experience loud Spanish men who have had a few too many!!

Brilliant place staff was excellent

My friend and i stayed for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time and met some amazing people (shout out to Andy, Chris and Mandy!) Staff were very accommodating and service was quick. Always a good selection for the buffet, we preferred the cold options rather than hot.
