The bedroom we stayed in was large and spacious with a balcony that overlooked the sea. The spacious bathroom was equipped with a shower plate and fully equipped with gels, shampoo and hair conditioner. The breakfasts and dinners had a good and varied selection of food. There are two bar lounges where food and drinks are served, and there is an outdoor swimming pool which my family and I used in December

Beachfront - with sunrise and sunset views from every balcony. All rooms have a view of the sea. The staff are lovely. Mariano and Pedro, along with Niki, really stand out. Rooms are comfortable, well appointed and clean.

We had a week here in may with friends who live in Spain. We were looking for somewhere on the coast we could get to using the Alicante Tram and Vila Joiosa looked just fine. Alleron was a bit of a mixed bag. The room overlooking the sea was fine, no complaints. Visited with my mum in April it's was beautiful. This is a beautiful property with a stunning, small beach and views of the ocean. There really isn’t anything around the property worth seeing but it was an incredibly relaxing 48 hours in the middle of our busy trip to Spain. We enjoyed playing in the ocean and sitting on our rooftop deck.

The hotel was in perfect condition and had lovely Halloween decorations. They offered many activities and even included tickets to Terra Mítica theme park, which I wasn't expecting. All the staff who assisted us were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was also delicious and offered a wide variety of food. We would definitely repeat this experience.

Had wonderful holiday here recently staff couldn't do enough. The transport service between villas and hotel to the bar staff. Costa Blanca is an amazing resort — modern, clean, and very friendly. The hotel has been recently refurbished and feels fresh and stylish. The villas are fully furnished with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Great complex A great complex. We stayed in a 2-bed villa and this still gave access to the hotel if we wanted it. Breakfast also included. Great setup. Only 10 euro taxi to Benidorm

The villa was an adequate size for our family of 5. The cleanliness was not great in the bathrooms and it was a little worn in areas. Could also do with a kettle for hot water as we had to constantly use the instant coffee machine refilling the container several times so get a cup of hot water.

Hotel was very good in general - clean, spacious rooms, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast generally very good with large variety, however for us and many others like us, who don't eat pork for example, our options were limited and hotel could perhaps consider adding alternatives to accommodate those which have a different dietary requirement.

I have been to Benidorm 11 times in the past 3 years and I have to say that this is one of the best Hotels I have stayed in. Service from Reception, Cleaning and Restaurant Staff was second to none. I expected better for a 4-star hotel. The room was cramped for us and our teenager. Full board included food that was more like a school cafeteria, with all the noise from the retirees talking very loudly during meals. Hotel is great in many ways but it's let down by a few silly things. 1. Cushions are not put out on chairs every day in outside drinking area. 2. The hotel has more than 10 floors, but only 3 very small lifts. Not ideal for a family with prams and suitcases. Rooms are a good size but a little dated. The staff were all polite and friendly. Not too far from the beach and bars and restaurants. The spa area was really good value for money.
