We have just arrived, really clean, comfy and spacious, however thought we would have had a balcony or terrace :( as we like to sit out on the balcony in the sun. Other than that, we cannot fault it. Fresh cold water waiting for us in the fridge and the pool looks inviting.

Absolutely lovely apartment! It's clean and has eveything you need 3 of us stayed here and couldn't believe how nice it was when we walked in. The lady that we booked with was lovely, so helpful and just a message away if you needed anything at all. Pool and outdoor shower is fantastic. The room is very clean, the front desk staff is very nice, and the location is also very good. It is very close to the supermarket and the beach. There are also many free parking spaces nearby. If I come here again, I will still choose this place.

Although near the old town. The location had everything you needed. It's a self catering apartments overlooking the beach and sea. The rooms were clean and very spacious. We arrived at 1am and was worried about the checking in times but to our surprise there is someone on the reception 24hr a day . Staff were very friendly and helpful. There's nothing to complain about here, so clean, great views and reception staff are super helpful. The only thing for us was that we weren't situated where we thought ( our fault entirely) We would have preferred to be closer to the old town. We stayed on the 18th floor the view was outstanding reading reviews before we left made me think what the hell had I booked but on arrival the staff was amazing we arrived at 2am and check in was fast the lovely man on the dest that night went into storage and got bucket and spades for my younger boys to play with on the beach the next morning.i normally have terrible sleep unless I'm in my own bed...

All good, beautiful view, beautiful room, the only flaw is that after 1am they close the main entrance and you are forced to enter from behind but it is a very tiring and long climb.

First visited these apartments 20 years ago and they were fab then. They still are now! The staff are so welcoming, friendly and good fun. Great hotel and facilities for a budget holiday. My grown up son and I spent 5 nights at this resort for a quick break. Apartment was clean. Indoor pool and gym were superb. Was a bit cold for outdoor swimming. Staff were exceptional from start to finish. Travel agent messed up our booking, which is not hotels fault. 100% for hotel.

Quiet location, a 15min walk to old town and beach, down hill definitely need a taxi back for 5 to 7 euros. Large apartment very clean and well equipped. Excellent shower plenty of hot water. Great little hotel. Totally serves its purpose. Free safety deposit box and air conditioning. Complimentary toiletries and a handy little fridge in the room also. Excellent location. Rooms have everything you need if you like supporting local businesses. Therefore, there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. There is a machine in reception but with a number of excellent cafe bars literally on the doorstep it's not an issue. Everything else you need is in the room, including a free safety deposit box.

Stayed for a very happy month here. On arriving collected key from hotel three hundred yards away up the street. There is a key to get into the compound and then same key to enter the building and another key to get into the room. All appeared to be very secure. Basic older style apartment, but perfectly clean and great location for visiting old town and walking to all sreas. For the price cant really fault it and nice and quiet. Attica was Fantastic Great experience from check in to check out. The double roof terrace in the penthouse/attica is amazing. Plenty of space for the family to stretch out. Would highly recommend.

No extra charge for pet Walls are a little thin and there was a dance party in the park next door but hey it's Benidorm. Can walk to everything, beautiful view, next to park, huge mercado next door, well equipped kitchen, everyone was super kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a good stay , good budget option , good location , 5 minute stroll in to old town , very good large super market within a minutes walk ,, useful fridge freezer , micro wave and cooker which i didnt use , house cleaning is once a week , not an issue 4 me being a solo traveller , plenty of towels to use ,, washing maching on site as well , good staff ,, would use again , would recommend,
