Hotels in Villajoyosa

We arrived but no-one helped with the bags, parked our car showed us to our room etc. the room is ok but quite dated and this is not a 5 star hotel. The restaurant was ok the food too and restaurant staff were really lovely.

This hotel is wonderful. We are still here and it is coming to the end of the season so very quiet but in a way that makes it more special. The staff are fabulous. Every individual we have spoken with has been friendly, helpful and courteous. The room we have is amazing. We have been coming to this beautiful hotel for 18 years, it never fails to deliver in five star service. The greeting from all the staff is friendly welcoming but not too nuch. The accommodation is luxurious and clean, the cleaning staff are always so courteous. The breakfast is excellent and so too is the “restaurant on top” Highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

The bedroom we stayed in was large and spacious with a balcony that overlooked the sea. The spacious bathroom was equipped with a shower plate and fully equipped with gels, shampoo and hair conditioner. The breakfasts and dinners had a good and varied selection of food. Beachfront - with sunrise and sunset views from every balcony. All rooms have a view of the sea. The staff are lovely. Mariano and Pedro, along with Niki, really stand out. Rooms are comfortable, well appointed and clean.

What a wonderful hotel right on the sea! I am stunned to see any negative reviews. The room was fabulous, staff very helpful and the food was just delicious! Tons of variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Huge buffet. Wonderful coffee maker to make expresso, cafe con leche, etc. Rooms are clean and quiet.

Everything amazing except i regret being on the first floor as its the only balconies that are concrete and not glass so when sitting or lying down you dont get that lovely view. I guess its for privacy as its a low floor. However the glass balconies look lovely as the view through them is amazing whilst lying on the bed or relaxing on the balcony. It's basic and is probably OK for one or two nights. The roof top pool is lovely but it closes at 8 o'clock in the evening so if you have been out for dinner and want a little dip before you retire then level 7 is shut completely. Staff helpful but probably wouldn't stay again

Just an ok hotell, but nothing more. Small rooms with lots of noises from other rooms and the hallway. Low water pressure in shower makes it hard to get rid of the shampoo. Pool at the roof, and with a view to the sea. The hotel is close to a traficcated street, so not possible to sleep with the window open. Short distance downhill to the beach and restaurants in the center of the city.

Great location close to the tram which makes it convenient for exploring. I visited El Campello, Benidorm and Alicante. It is a walk away from two small chocolate museums and the museum of Villajoysa. The hotel was very clean, the bed comfortable but I didn’t like the pillows. As it’s marketed as a hotel I would have appreciated coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Overall I was comfortable

need somewhere overnight accessible to amenities, this Hotel fitted the bill perfectly, good location, able to walk off those drinks! very modern and excellent vale for money, def stay there again

You've got a Rooftop Jacuzzi, it's in the center of Villajoyosa and near the beach. Solarium was closed and breakfast not used by me. Pretty cool hotel, nice for a trip. Staff friendly. -1 star as there were some details that have to be done, example: Shower on the Rooftop didn't work Jacuzzi had sand from day 1 (cleaning?) Rooms seem to be clean but if you look bit better then you find an 'ooops...

A pleasant location. We had an apartment with mountain and city views, as well as a stretch of beach and sea. Swimming pool, basketball court, soccer field, paddle boarding, ping pong, and a children's area. Close to the western beaches with aquapark, jet skis, and the beaches of Benidorm with its shops, nightclubs, and restaurants.

Our Superhostess Isobel was amazing , from reservations to concierge services, could not have been more friendly,helpful or accomodating. The room itself was immaculate nd conformable with fantastic touches such as chocolates on your pillows , breakfast was a feast , bring your appetite!!!!Can't wait to come back !
