The room was very dirty, the windows are old style from wood and doesn't close good, the lights work when they want. The bathroom has a dirty smell, and is 1sq meter. And the room is very cold, even with the closed windows

Unfortunately, our stay here was far from hygiene, health, safety, and comfort. Reservation and such communication processes were easy. The hostel consists of more than one building and to get the key you need to go to the main building where the reception is located and then to the other building where you are staying (they already give you this information, the buildings are close to each other). So if you are not staying in the building where the reception is, you will only have a password to enter the building and the key to your room. You may find the door open in the morning like us, other guests probably forgot to lock it, but where there is no reception, this could be unsettling and risky. We stayed here in the first week of March (the weather even reached 20 degrees during the day but, it was cold at night), although not the winter months, we could not sleep at night because of the cold. We couldn't even move in the bed, we tried to sleep in the fetal position with coats on. No heating system was working in the room, what they gave to cover you was not a duvet but a thin blanket with a duvet cover (it's not even possible to keep you warm) and on top of that, sheets and bedding were damp. So, this place has all the conditions for to have hypothermia. And of course the next day we woke up sick from a few hours of sleep interrupted many times by the cold. I can't comment on the shower and hot water because we couldn't experience it as it was too filthy to use. I can say with confidence that public toilets are more hygienic, that’s why we used public toilets outside. And we left the next day without extending our stay. I would not recommend anyone test their physical and mental limits and capacities by staying at this hostel.
