The staff are incredibly, incredibly friendly.

They are passionate about introducing nearby tourist attractions and great restaurants, so I felt a lot of positive energy from them :)

The facilities are also very clean!

However, the ventilation wasn't very good, so I had to open the windows frequently.

Other than that, I was completely satisfied with the location and the facilities!!

We chose a modest-sized room and were content with our choice. Staff were excellent, helping us with train tickets when our email failed. They were also very helpful navigating Seville’s streets when phone maps led us astray.

I arrived early and just went to drop off my luggage, but they showed me how to connect to the Wi-Fi and open the door.
They even showed me how to use the hotel's Wi-Fi and how to open the door.
They even showed me a paper map with restaurants and tourist attractions marked on it. It felt like I hadn't been on a trip without internet for a while, and it was refreshing and wonderful!
They even provided a list of nearby restaurants, which was incredibly helpful.
They even brought my luggage to my room, which was really convenient.
It was within walking distance of everything, so it was perfect for a quick stopover.

A modern and very comfortable place, very well located, close to everything and easy to get to the tourist attractions of the city of Seville

Th place was in a awesome location. Very clean, had everything you need offers more coffee and maid service if you want it.
The only complaint I would have was that I was on the ground level and the rooms were very dark no natural light to come in.
But it did have a beautiful sitting area that I used which made up for the limited natural light

The room so spotless, the staff were very polite, the general ambience was excellent, the location was perfect and although in the centre it was quite at night. The only downside was the partially frosted bathroom door. We are a conservative couple and did not enjoy the view from the bed!

Great overall but only issue I had was with air conditioning which kept turning off either due to some timer green initiative or some timer issue which I couldn’t figure out, had to wake up Twice during night to turn air conditioning back on.

Really at the city centre on a non vehicle street.
You would think it would be quite, but the rooms noise insulation in non existence. I should have paid attention to previous comments… the rooms walls are like paper.. you can hear everything, from people entering the hotel to the next room television.. honestly we were lucky nobody was a late partier :)
Rooms are new and beds and bathroom are good. Just missing some blackout. If you can’t sleep with light just take an eye blinder.
Kitchen was just missing some stove and would be good.

It is used to be famous for being served the best ensaladilla in the city. I think there are some restaurants with a very very (and different) good ensaladilla, but this is one of the best. The have different tapas too, as well as craft beer and coffee. Maybe the serve in outside tables is not very good, the waiters look to be unmotivated.

Went there on a Monday. Needless to say that the waiters served us unfrozen fish which was poorly cooked. The Sangria was watered down and had a cheap taste. Tourist trap, avoid.
