Clean rooms and easy check in. Great staff and the rooftop terrace is great with very friendly staff.

Great location, excellent staff
Location was super - walkable to all and near great cafes, bars, restaurants in vibrant part of city. Service and front desk staff were excellent. The hotel is different as it surrounds a cool outdoor exposed courtyard. Our room was plenty large enough, comfortable bed, updated bathroom. The room had obviously had smoking guests recently as even with AC and window opened, the smell continued. Not too bad, but it might help to do some cleaning aimed at smoke smell.

We really liked the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. It has an antique style, reminiscent of a Spanish courtyard, but the room inside has been completely renovated. It was clean and fairly quiet. The staff stood out for their friendliness, from Ana, who greeted us upon arrival, to the breakfast lady, who offered to prepare breakfast for us to go since our flight was very early, and to the man at the front desk that evening. The hotel is in an area full of places to eat and drink. I would definitely return.

I had to get on here and write the most incredible review for this hotel and their outstanding team who truly saved us. My group was impacted by the country wide power outage in Spain and we were dropped into Seville via bus at midnight with nowhere to stay. We had no phone connection and were running around begging for somewhere to sleep. We arrived at this hotel and they let us know that they were fully booked for the night. They saw how desperate our group was and worked to find an apartment for us to stay that is also managed by this hotel. They got us checked in safely and were so kind to our group - they truly saved us. They saw how desperate our group was and could have taken advantage of us for the price of the apartment but instead charged an extremely fair price and truly just cared about our safety and wellbeing. They even knew how difficult it would be to leave the next day so they blocked off a second night at the apartment so that we would have a second day to recover from what happened. This isn’t just a fabulous hotel - this is somewhere with great morals, kindness and an amazing group of individuals. Thank you!

Stunning hotel , looks like someone's house , not like a big corporation hotel , very quiet , brilliant staff , set amongst lots of bars and resturants , nice to sit in the main square and watch the world pass by . Would highly recommend.

Hotel looks great and location is good. The room that we had was spacious with big beds, slightly outdated though - but still fine.

Lovely traditional property, great sized room and bathroom. Was noisy though and unfortunately the terrace was not in use won an evening when we were there due to the Seville fair being on which was a shame, as we would have used this. The immediate area outside the hotel we felt was a bit run down but some better bars/ restaurants at the bottom end of the square on the right as you walked down from the hotel, easy to get to all the sites though and felt very safe and would stay here again.

One of the prettiest hotels I've ever been to! Although it doesn't have much to offer but aesthetically it's beautiful and the location is excellent.

Hotel was a little out of the centre of Seville, on plaza de hercules which was very vibrant. Lots of restaurants, cafés and bars. Every evening even during February locals were eating outside. Lovely food culture, many places serving tapas.
