Great hotel just a little out of the way. Very clean and tidy with the whole experience being very nice.

The room is nice and big enough for 2 travellers with 2 luggages. They have self service laundry at the basement. It is free but you need to bring your own laundry detergent.
Location wise, it is away from attractions so we used Uber. There are many eateries near the hotel and convenience stores as well.

The heater( A.C ) was not working , I asked for another room , I given another blanket , useless hotel , dont waste your money ,

The hotel is far from city center but relatively close to the airport. It is next to a gas station and has parking underground for 15 euros per day. Rooms are quiet but know most of them have a door adjoining to some else’s room. Room was clean and tidy. Restaurant downstairs was expensive but food was good. Missed breakfast because it started at a later time (8am) on weekends.

Very nice hotel with all the usual amenities present. Decent breakfast. Staff helpful. Outside the city centre but easy connections via taxi, uber, bus etc. Really enjoyed our stay there.

An absolutely fantastic hotel! While it's a bit far from the city center, there are several bus lines nearby. Bus route 3 takes you to Plaza de España, from where you can easily walk to the Seville Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, Las Setas (Metropol Parasol), and the bustling streets of the old town, as well as the main bus terminal. Bus route 12 goes directly to the main train station. The room decor is very new and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but they kindly allowed us to check in for free around 11 AM. The breakfast spread is generous, and you can even make your own waffles!

I rarely leave bad reviews when booking hotels, but this time I'm just speechless. The room type wasn't what I booked (got a twin room instead of a king), and it was an end room. The hotel staff's attitude was also very poor, essentially saying that the hotel was full and this was the only room available, take it or leave it. When I complained about the strong smoke smell in the room, suddenly another twin end room became available...
Upon check-in, the hotel insisted we had booked incorrectly. The next day, they changed their story, claiming our original room type had been given to someone else, causing the mistake. Their compensation was waiving the parking fee (???).
Overall, the experience was very bad. It's a bit remote, far from attractions, and the facilities are mediocre. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was very well-equipped, and the overall decor was quite beautiful, giving off a pleasant resort vibe. Seville was unexpectedly hot, but the hotel experience itself was excellent overall. A fridge was also a welcome amenity in the room. The only minor downside was the slightly secluded location, which meant we always had to rely on taxis to get around.
