We arrived quite late at the hotel, and feeling too tired to go out for dinner, we just wanted to grab a quick bite from the supermarket. To our surprise, when we asked the front desk if they could warm up our food in a microwave, a restaurant staff member invited us into the dining area. She not only heated our food but also brought us plates and cutlery, instantly transforming our simple meal into an elegant dinner. The hotel's customer-centric service philosophy is truly exceptional!

No toothbrush, no kettle. The room is tiny. Not recommended, and it's expensive.
Only the front desk staff in the first half of the night had a good service attitude, but of course, that depends on the person.

A great hotel, at a great location. Parking is free on the street behind the hotel so no need to reserve hotel parking. I recommend it.

A little far from the city centre so you need to take the bus to get there but otherwise very good hotel, feels like 3 star

Last minute visit to Sevilla and only 10 minutes from
 Rail station and good access to city.
Very helpful reception staff on arrival.
Room little bit tiered but reasonable given the rate for one night stay.

The photos they use to promote themselves on booking.com are FAR away from reality. The room was on a BIG ROAD, very noisy all night! The rooms are crammed, ours was stuffy and humid smelling, the airco was so old that it made noise all night and we had to change rooms at 1 am.....there weren't even a cupboard to put our bags or clothing! The breakfast was made from only the cheapest things that are kept in plastic, there was *nothing fresh or natural*. The rooms were reslly cold and not cosy, no atmosohere at all. I felt like I was sleeping in a hospital. I would rate this hotel as a 2-star hotel with the only focus on making money, instead of giving a good guest experience. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
