Couldn’t fault this lovely hotel. We booked direct and treated ourselves to a balcony room which was on the same floor as the rooftop terrace too (if you’re staying when weather is nice and warm, there’s a plunge pool too!). The decor was really nice and had everything we needed - great bathroom with soap, shampoo and conditioner, smart TV, fridge and comfortable bed. Room and all areas super clean. We got some great recommendations from the receptionist and there’s also a nice hangout area downstairs. The luggage lockers were a nice touch and came in very handy. Supermarket across the road for any snacks, and close to pretty much everything. 10/10 would stay again!

We had a great stay at Bypillow Abril. It only has 2 stars but deserves at least 4. It is very clean. I’m germaphobic so when I say it is clean, it truly is. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the helpdesk is very friendly and professional. The option to store your luggage in lockers is ideal as we are taking a trip to another city in between our stay. Highly recommend this hotel.
The only negative thing is the fact that the drain in the shower doesn’t drain by itself. You need a wiper. And the room downstairs can be a bit noisy because they are on the street and next to the reception and door.

Wonderful hotel! boutique and quiet and it feels like they thought of every detail! The workers are so kind and helpful.

Really great location, and friendly staff. The room was well apportioned, and clean, couldn't really fault anything that could reasonably be changed.
The problem for me was that there's next to no noise insulation so unless you're a deep sleeper, or bring headphones, you're likely going to be woken up at least once per night. The main sources of noise were doors closing, and the plumbing from other rooms being quite loud; if those could be fixed, this would fix the only issue I had!

Disappointing Experience
We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. We paid a bit extra for what was supposed to be a slightly bigger bed and room, but the experience fell short. The bed was just regular small.
The room we were given was on the ground floor, right next to the street, and it was incredibly noisy. We could hear everything—cars driving by, people walking and talking outside, and, to make matters worse, the room was also next to reception. Every word from the reception area was audible, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and without any privacy.
That said, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location of the hotel was excellent—right in the city center of Sevilla, making it easy to explore the city. However, the noise and lack of privacy made it hard to enjoy our stay. While the room itself was clean, the overall experience didn’t live up to our expectations, especially considering the extra cost.

We stayed few nights, very tidy hotel and cozy. The hotel’s staff was very friendly and helpful. On the opposite site of the street u have a supermarket where u can buy necessary things for your stay. Very good location near city centre and bars/restaurants.

Seville was such a surprise for us. We were looking for somewhere to stop by for a few days while on a road trip. It was absolutely outstanding. ByPillow was a great place to stay. We booked a room with a terrace, which gave us a bit more private space. ByPillow offers a simpler service than most hotels - but, they staff were great - and the value for money was excellent. ByPillow has a great location.

Don’t let the 2-stars get to you. Perfectly clean and neatly decorated room, and great location - just minutes from Setas. The only bummer would be the noise from the bar below which goes on until midnight, and the early deliveries at the supermarket just across the road from the hotel.

We booked for dinner and although they couldn't find our reservation they gave us a table anyway. We weren't allowed to order from the tapas menu because we were seated. This wasn't clear from anything we'd read. The food was very tasty and varied but service was slow

So, we arrived at around 6.15pm looking forward to the amazing food.I managed to order 2 dishes,but was told by the not so helpful barman that I couldn't order the rest until after 7pm no idea why. The 2 dishes we did get wasn't that great. Spinach and chic pea rather salty and only just warm, and the cod in tomato rather chewey.Glad we didn't order the rest as it turns out.

Great tapas. Great place for a good tapas dinner with friends and family. We ate in the bar area and stood for a late dinner. Service was typical Spanish but attentive and accommodating to my English (although worked better with my girlfriend speaking Spanish).

Great food. Had Iberian Ham, tomato and salmon salad, leg of lamb. All good - lamb was excellent. They chose wine and it was perfect. Service was good and attentive despite the fact place was busy. Lots of friendly locals and families.

Was told that this is the oldest restaurant in Seville. My wife and I wandered over after our siesta and discovered the place was slammed. Judging by the buzz it seemed typical. We were told that seating at tables was booked for the night, so we kept an eye out for a place to stand. Tapas don't really require a seat anyway. A waiter orchestrated the sharing of an already-occupied standing table (not something you see in the U.S. very much). We ordered a few simple sharing plates and were really not disappointed. Make sure to get the espinaca tapas! Skip the mussels as they were so tiny they're not worth the effort.
