This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location, just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral, Real Alcazar, las Setas and lots of restaurants etc. The hotel is very bright and welcoming with coffee and snacks available all day. The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. I would stay here again but I’d request a room within the building. I was in a rooftop room, and it was nice but felt very cold and damp in the winter.

It's very close to the cathedral, so I fell asleep to the sound of the bells every night. The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for one person. There were free snacks downstairs, which was great! The only downside was that it was very humid when I checked in, but thankfully the air conditioning was very effective.

The location is great, but the room facilities are too basic. What on earth is that shower stall in the bathroom?! There's no closet or proper table to put things on in the room. And the soundproofing is terrible – so bad that I could hear my upstairs neighbor showering, not to mention the late-night revelry of locals out on the street. I definitely don't recommend this hotel. You'd be better off spending a bit more for a 'hotel' in the true sense of the word. This place is basically a hostel with private bathrooms!

Room was clean, location was amazingly close to the cathedral. There was free drinks, fruits and snacks at reception as well. Only complaint was the double bed wasn't a queen or king, only two singles pushed together and the beds moved apart very easily.

The room was clean and the front desk staff were very friendly! The location is excellent, very close to the cathedral, and there's a flamenco show next door for 20 euros, which is totally worth it. The hotel also has a free all-you-can-eat snack bar and a common balcony. Highly recommend!

A good stay in a friendly basic, slightly bland, yet still charming hotel. The room was large and kept immaculately clean. There wasn’t a window with a view, but it did look out on a narrow open space which allowed natural light. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby were welcome.

The only downsides, for me, was the room I was given was basically in the lobby, and the staff’s placement directly at the door made me feel a bit exposed and observed. I prefer a more anonymous experience. I would stay again, however, if I could get a room on a higher floor.

Nice and clean hotel with unlimited supply of drinks/snacks. Very near to the cathedral and all the interesting shops to visit.

Location was just so good that I could walk to all the places I needed to go to, except to and from the San Justa Sevilla train station. Its right in the heart of Sta Cruz. Even that would have been walkable except that i didnt want to carry my luggage. Was given one of the 3 rooms at the rooftop/sundeck. Only small downside is you get the smokers on the roofdeck too. Otherwise, it was nice to hang around there in the evenings, with the view of the Giralda Tower and the spires of the Cathedral. Would stay again, if there was a next time.

Went there on a Monday. Needless to say that the waiters served us unfrozen fish which was poorly cooked. The Sangria was watered down and had a cheap taste. Tourist trap, avoid.

It is used to be famous for being served the best ensaladilla in the city. I think there are some restaurants with a very very (and different) good ensaladilla, but this is one of the best. The have different tapas too, as well as craft beer and coffee. Maybe the serve in outside tables is not very good, the waiters look to be unmotivated.

I don't know who has written this posts about "good food", but this is actually the worst restaurant in Sevilla!!!
The staff is unfriendly, the food is just not good and the prices are to high
