Room clean, but we where missing covers and pillows and its was hard to get some.
Google and waze couldnt find the entrance to the hotel, every road was closed and 2 different frontdesk agent gave us different instructions that made no sense... if this is solved, the rest would have been ok, but not being able to get to the hotel by car after a long day of walk in the sun is unacceptable and highly irritating. So has of right now I do not recommend

The hotel is incredible, and the room they gave us had views of the football field. The only minor issue I could mention is the difficult access; we had to drive around a few times to find the entrance. But overall, the service, facilities, and our stay were excellent. We would definitely come back.

It appears to be a hotel attached to the football stadium, and everything meets basic needs; parking is free, but traffic control during large events can affect travel.

Clean and comfortable.
Its not near the city center but you have public transportation within walking distance.
The staff is joyful and so so attentive, the rooms are huge, considering the price and your needs this might be a good option.

Rooms where clean,blankets where stiff and over washed and, it was super hard to get some service, AC wasnt working, they say they didnt have more blanket for our rooms when we where missing 2... and we couldn't find the entry of the hotel by car. Google and waze where lost and 2 different front desk agent gave us 2 different directions to come in by car... never found it... we had to do weird thing to go in...

The room was great. I booked a hotel near Real Betis Stadium, and the room was very clean and tidy. It's right next to the stadium, and only a 10-minute drive to the city center. The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke fluent English. I would definitely book here again next time.

It was good overall, except that it's the kind of hotel where they charge extra for anything you take out of the minibar in your room, and the air conditioning wasn't as cool as needed; it lacked power.

The hotel is inside the stadium so we had trouble finding it at first, the old guy working at the desk wasn’t welcoming at all, we booked through booking and paid the full amount and still when arriving at the hotel they took our Visa card for guarantee, we asked for an iron because the room had nothing in it not even water and guess what ! They took 10 euros for guarantee that we would hand it back !!!!

The room facilities are very simple, there is nothing, it seems like it is equipped for sports fields, it is really not as good as the facilities provided by our Great Eastern for athletes. The surrounding area is also very desolate. I dare not go out at night. However, there is an amusement park within a five-minute drive. I watched a flamenco dance banquet, the quintessence of Spain. The dinner is hard to describe, it is too salty, I suggest not to have dinner. The dance is so-so, but watchable.

The reception was good, but the breakfast service was disappointing. The server was rude and provided terrible service. The continental breakfast was average, and the orange juice dispenser was empty, with no effort to refill it. The server even asked us to leave at 10:00 AM, despite breakfast ending at 10:30 AM. The location is inconvenient and remote, with nothing nearby. The only positive aspect was the free parking. Not recommended.
