Room was super clean, no shampoo and tiny soap, it would be appreciated if the rooms have a fridge or water or a coffee pot????

Perfect location. Supermarket, tavern with good tapas and a sushi restaurant all available in the plaza, less than a minutes walk to each place. Bus station across the street so you can get easy transportation to just about any part of Sevilla. The location is also perfect for walking to the city center, about 10 minutes away at a slow stroll.

Nice location with good service. The rooms were clean, but the bathroom had some mold problems.

My rating is based on value for money.
The hotel's location is ideal, as it is close to serveral tourist sites, generally within 2 to .5 km on foot.
The room is quite spacious, as for cleanliness, I would say it was be acceptable - they can do better.
The one point that may bother some people is the noice from vehicles.

Stayed for one night as was arriving too late to make it to Huelva where I was headed for the film festival. I stayed here previously in 2009 or 2010, and the hotel has upheld its great standards since then. Friendly and helpful staff, and super-clean rooms, and great value for money. It is in a great location for visiting Seville, not far from the famous setas, and with lots of great places to eat nearby. Was sorry I didn't stay a little longer but had to catch the train the following afternoon. There's a bus station nearby and the hotel is easy to get to and from the train station, or only a 20 minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, very central. It is a basic hotel but very clean, comfortable beds, everything you need. Stayed with a friend and her baby for the last night of our trip to Seville. The lady on reception was very kind and even organised us an extra room when requested. Thank you!

Honestly have mixed feelings about this place. Some things were good and probably fair for the price but next time I think I'd spend more to stay nearer the tourist centre and in a quieter location.
Pros:
- Price was good
- Rooms were clean
- Aircon worked well
- Bathroom was a decent -size + water temperature for the shower was nice and hot.
Cons:
- I am not usually one to complain about service but the receptionists at best ignored us and the young man who checked us in at night on a Sundy was brusque and rude; he offered no welcomes, smiles, or information and basically just said 'pay now'.
- The location imo is not the best - I have stayed before nearer the Alcazar and prefer it, this is about 5-10 minutes walk to where the tourist centre starts.
- Again on location - very near many buses which is a plus, but the drawback is that the hotel is right at an intersection where buses come non-stop throughout the day. It is impossible to open the windows at all because it is way too noisy and dusty, you must use the aircon. Windows block out a good amount of noise but you can still hear traffic go by at night. HIGHLY recommend bringing earplugs if you stay here.
- Curtains for the window are sheer and do not block out light - you will wake up when the sun rises. Highly recommend bringing eye masks.
