The hotel doesn't offer free parking, and spaces are limited. When we arrived around 7 pm, there were no spaces left. Fortunately, the front desk staff were very helpful and recommended a nearby paid parking lot, which cost €14 for a day and was about an 8-minute walk away, which was acceptable. There's a supermarket opposite the hotel.

Standard hotel with smooth service. Very friendly welcome upon arrival.
On-site parking is available with an elevator. It might be a challenge for very large cars. The Tesla Y just fit nicely in the elevator due to its width.

We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Styles in Zaragoza. The room was clean and comfortable, though not particularly large—perfectly fine for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped, which made for a relaxing and hassle-free experience.
The only downside was that our room faced an air shaft and had an opaque window, meaning there was no real view. However, since we were only there to sleep, it wasn’t a major issue. On the plus side, the hotel was quiet, which made for a restful night.
Overall, a good option for a short stay in Zaragoza, especially if you prioritize cleanliness, comfort, and a peaceful atmosphere, while being close to all the sights.

I arrived before the official check-in time and fully understood that I couldn’t access the room yet. However, I made it clear to the front desk staff that I would be returning around midnight due to work commitments. When I arrived later that night, the receptionist was kind and welcoming, but unfortunately, the room I was given had an extremely strong and unpleasant humidity smell.
Although I was exhausted and initially tried to tolerate it, the odor was overwhelming. To make matters worse, the ventilation system—which appeared to be off—was making a loud, disturbing noise that made it difficult to rest.
I requested a room change, and while I appreciate that the receptionist handled it quickly and courteously, the new room, though better, still did not meet the standard I expect from an Ibis hotel.
I visit Zaragoza regularly, but based on this experience, I’m unlikely to return to this particular hotel.

Very good location, but the planes need maintenance

I'm a 30 year old customer of Accor hotels and I've been in 4 Accor hotels in the last 5 days: Salamanca, Andorra, Barcelona and now Zaragoza. This hotel is mismanaged at so many levels I don't know where to start, but let me try:
1 - the thermic isolation is so poorly done that the corridors between rooms are at approximately 10º
2 - to come back from leaving your car in the -2 parking they force you and your family to use the car elevator which is perfumed with carbon monoxide (not to speak about the security implications - do they think that industrial elevator was built to be used by families 5 year old kids?). But there's more: there is an elevator for humans which can ONLY BE used by their staff. How can they offer the car elevator to the customers while having a nice One for staff?
3 - it's the first time I visit an Ibis without croissants. There aren't eggs either, but that's more common
I give it 2 stars out of 5 instead of 1 because the guy at the reception yesterday evening was nice

The hotel has been renovated and it's quite nice.
The location is great, it is on a quiet street but close to all the main attractions. The price is reasonable.
The reception staff was pleasant. The cleaning is up to a high standards every single day.
We didn't try the breakfast but will definitely do next time.

Delicious seafood with good range of wines and friendly service too. Wasn't hugely busy when we visited (9pm on a Friday night) but everything we ordered was so delicious we would definitely return again. Very local feel to it too.
