One soft and one hard bed in a twin room was perfect. Great friendly staff. Our room had a bath hot water and a plug. I go second so it's not as bad as it sounds.

Bad beds, felt a big hole in the middle of the mattress. Bed heading fell off and curtains as well by just touching it. Refrigerator was very noisy like the air-conditioning. Staff was friendly and spoke English though. Did not feel worth the money. Per dog you pay 20 euros and it's 25min. Walking to the centre of the city

The staff was so great, so friendly so helpful great location, walking distance to all the sites and great restaurants and shopping in the vicinity. Air-conditioning was struggling to keep cool but they gave us a fan. Would be great to add eggs to the breakfast menu.

This place is great and the staff definitely stands out! The only thing I would say is our air-conditioning wasn’t that great but they gave us a fan. And you can hear the subways sometimes underneath the building.

Booked this last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were really big lots of space for our 2 dogs, free continental breakfast was enough and you helped yourself to as much as you wanted. Staff were very nice. Great location only downside was the main door to the rooms was often banged shut, people didn't care if was 2 am they came in let the door bang shut and talked/sang very loudly, which in turn made our dogs bark. Would defo book again.

I do not recommend this hotel! There is a subway underneath it! Every time a train moves underground, the hotel rumbles and the building shakes!
The room is small, there is no kettle or coffee maker. There was not even bottled water, which is usually provided by all hotels in Spain!
There is no soundproofing. You will hear your neighbors on the floor, above you and below you!

Hotel quite well located 20 minutes walk from the city center. The facilities are basic (but it's a two-star) and all of this risks aging badly over time. The noise of the metro passing not far from the hotel is surprising at first. No breakfast served on site (go to the Simon bakery which is excellent 5 minutes from the hotel). Big plus: free on-site parking in the basement and very pleasant and attentive staff.

Spacious but minimalist room but nothing was missing. Parking included is a plus. From there you can walk to the center of Zaragoza in 15 minutes. Recommended for families especially.

My bathroom light and the extractor fan do not stop all night, there is no switch installed, after thinking about it many times I go out and call the receptionist and he gives me the solution to take out the card from the light and they turn off, and the air turns off and The TV turns off and the light goes out!!!!! Who designed this? You can watch Netflix, if you have an account, you can watch YouTube... but you can't watch a Tve1 newscast, because there is no antenna or tuned channels!!!!

The staff is very kind and the place is clean and comfortable. Very well located if you are coming by bus... the reason for this grade is the problem with wifi connection...it wasn’t working at all even though I reported it. Also, there wasn’t enough sockets for charging phones and other devices in the room.
