We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Silken Reino de Aragón during our last two days before flying back to London.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Zaragoza’s old town, making it easy to explore the city on foot and enjoy its historic atmosphere.
The hotel itself is very comfortable and well-maintained. We were given a spacious corner room, which felt bright and relaxing, and the beds were particularly comfortable—perfect for a good rest after travelling.
There is also a bar and restaurant conveniently located on-site, which adds to the overall ease of the stay.
What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and friendly, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere throughout our visit.
Overall, a lovely hotel that I would happily recommend for anyone visiting Zaragoza.

There is absolutely nothing 4 stars about this hotel with the exception of a beautiful lobby.
Pros The rooms are clean and it is located close to the old town and the residential part of Zaragoza. The rooms are functional and appear to have been renovated. Lightning is good and our room had a terrace allowing natural ventilation when the doors are open
Cons: located on a main thoroughfare, paper thin walls. I am hard of hearing and clearly heard everything in the adjoining room and some of it was very private. Front desk service at check in was terribly impersonal. No luggage service. We had to wrestle a luggage cart and fit it into a tiny elevator, haul or luggage, and take the cart back down
This would be typical in a 3 star hotel but certainly not what you expect in a 4 star hotel
The hand held shower head (only shower) is undersized for the water pressure, it flew off the bracket, sprayed water all over the bathroom! luckily it bounced off the wall without hitting us. We finally figured out that we could not open the faucet all the way unless we wanted to hold the shower in our hands. Getting into the shower is challenging because the toilet is positioned too close and leaves no space to climb in.
We made the best of it but spend your money elsewhere
This is the equivalent of a Holiday Inn

A pleasant, well positioned city hotel, clean and with parking (which was difficult to find and expensive).
Helpful polite staff at reception.
Bedroom large enough, but TV was too small and no programmes available in English.
Bed mattress hard and uncomfortable. Pillows poor quality.
Shower is rain type and okay if you like that kind of thing.
No coffee making facilities in the room.

The room was great, the staff were very friendly and patient, the room was very clean, the restaurant was satisfactory, and the breakfast was also good. The location in the city center is very convenient and safe. I would definitely come back to this hotel for any experience.

Stayed 3 nights for a work trip and loved the hotel (though we didn't spend much time there). The room was very nice and well equipped, lovely breakfast and only a minute's walk away from all of the sights in Zaragoza.

The city of Zaragoza is wonderful as well!

Great size rooms. Easy Checkin experience. Beautiful reception area. Bar / restaurant good size with great ambiance and lovely staff. Location is excellent for nearby attractions and close to all amenities. Highly recommend

I left a backpack in the room and left to Barcelona. The front desk person (I apologize for not remembering his name ) called me and made arrangement for my bag to be sent over and everything was so smooth. I really recommend this place they are top notch quality

Breakfast is not good. Food is dry. Bread is hard to swallow. Fruit, sausage, ham cheese are all from the day before. Catering staff is rude. Room is ok. But no coffee machine is provided. Location is very good but not worth given all the other aspects. Beds are good. Staff at reception is welcoming, but rude everywhere else.

So far the best rooms of our vacation simply due to space to open and organize our luggage. We just arrived and my pics are after we settled so sorry for the messy appearance.

DEFINITELY NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. Beds are very hard. Toilet is so close to beday your knees almost hit it and can barely get to shower without touching toilet. TV doesn't have Netflix or allow you to change language and staff can't or won't help. Location is ok.. Don't pay 4 star prices for 3 star hotel.
