Very friendly staff
Very good breakfast !
Underground parking, 12 € per day. It is on level -3, so not easy to drive into for unexperienced drivers.
I was in a suite on floor 11. Airco was off, so very hot in the room.
Also sometimes noice from some machines on the roof, I had to use earplugs to be able to sleep.
But the room was very nice and clean.

The rooms were in very poor condition and absolutely not what you would expect for this price. Everything felt old, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained. The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and low quality food.
I honestly don’t understand how this place can be so expensive for such a bad service. To make things worse, when we arrived we were attended by a young man at the reception who was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, which made a terrible first impression. Definitely not worth the money.

All beat up. No cups in the bathroom. Towels in bags advising to use sparingly. Bed was hard. Room temperature control was difficult. Do not recommend.

Very different to the B&B Hotels I am used to. I realise that it's recently opened so I assume it will improve. A microwave in the dining area would be a treat. Not everybody suffices on pot noodles 😉

Outdated and poorly kept. Dusty rooms with dirty windows. Receptionists who couldn't care less about anything. Some form of generator or compressor made our room vibrate and impossible to sleep in. Receptionist claimed to not know anything about it and gave me the key to another room. When I opened the door to that room I closed it right away because of the nauseating smell that came out of it.

The reception staff were indifferent. The room didn’t have the size of bed I requested. Reception didn’t pick up the phone when I called. When I was moved to another room (eventually), it too had the wrong type of bed.

NO HAY GIMNASIO
Hola, estoy muy descontenta. La elección del hotel fue porque aparece que el hotel tiene gimnasio, cuando preguntamos por el gimnasio, la chica de recepción nos dice que desde la pandemia no lo tienen. Lo peor de todo, es que ya lo saben que en internet aparece que tiene gimnasio, una grande decepción!!!

That is ok for business trip

I see that we are not the only ones. As clients, we were unable to go on Christmas Eve and, because they did not change the date, they lost us. We have just cancelled two other reservations we had and we will not go back. This hotel does not treat its clients well.

Close your door from inside
During the afternoon, when I come back from the city I saw a two grups of poeple making check in. I went to my room and I close with security. While I was there there were some people trying to open my room, I go and open the door and said there is some one I think you were wrong with your room number, but they have the same room number as me, but they key doesn't work. They went to reception. After some minutes, again someone was opening the door, that time it was the receptionist. She was surprised that I was in the room, and she apologies. It was the same receptionist that attend to me.
