This hotel offers many highlights that made our stay enjoyable: the bathroom was excellent, featuring a fantastic shower and modern design. The room layout was clever and comfortable, with a very cozy bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The location is ideal, close to everything in Burgos, and the staff was extremely attentive and courteous – they really made an effort to help with anything we needed.
However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience:
One window couldn’t be properly closed, and since the room was on the first floor with a flat roof outside, this raised some safety concerns.
The air conditioning wasn’t working, and we were provided with a tower fan instead, which was not ideal on warm days.
The view overlooked a dirty backyard, which wasn’t very appealing – though it wasn’t a major issue, as we spent most of our time exploring Burgos.
Conclusion: A well-located and comfortable hotel with great amenities and excellent service. A few technical issues detracted slightly from the stay, but overall it’s a solid choice for a city trip to Burgos.

First of all, we GREATLY appreciated the room they assigned to us, as it was a triple with a playground for our 6-year-old daughter – she absolutely loved it, and it was a wonderful surprise for her birthday!
The staff is very helpful and kind, and the location is excellent. However, some small details here and there give the impression of a lack of attention and care which, if addressed, would have made a big difference.

Everything was very clean and high class. Friendly receptionist. The only bad thing was the shower which was not very hot

Room was very nice, guy on reception was very helpful, but my front room was very noisy on Saturday night. I would love to go back if I was there for a party, but not if I was on the Camino.

Everything is fresh and homemade including the pasta and the icecream which seems to be unusual in Italian restaurants these days. The strawberry icecream clearly has really strawberries in it. One star list for service. I think it was the first night for our server and she was doing well. There was an older man who was "helping" but he kept making mistakes.
