Extremely peaceful rooms with great service and clean and tidy

Leon visit Beds were so-so for comfort, noisy at times from non hotel guests, but otherwise it was great. Close to city center and overall a good stay.

Good and clean. Small bathroom, but did the job. Lift aswell for thoughs that can't manage stairs (one floor up)

The best thing about it is its location. Everything else could be improved. Parking at the hotel is only available until 12:00 and costs €19. Breakfast is arranged outside the hotel...it's not worth it; there are good, cheaper options nearby. There's no 24-hour reception. If your room faces a small pedestrian street, you'll hear people drinking at night.

Clean, decent bed (I really needed a different pillow) and good service/friendliness. The main drawback was the noise from some uncouth people leaving the bars. There was also some noise from neighboring rooms and plumbing, but it was more bearable. The thermostat temperature upon arrival (24°C) was too high for my liking.

Love the room and staff at this place! The heat works very good while I was there in Feb. Staff is always available if you need anything and you can walk everywhere to eat and the bars and it’s a very safe location.

It is a very central hotel, very quiet despite being in the middle of the Barrio Húmedo and has everything you need. The girl at the reception was a 10. Very kind, friendly and attentive to everything at all times. Thank you so much

Very good room. Large and very comfortable bed, with bathtub 🛀. A restaurant / cafeteria is missing. The staff, attentive 👌 and friendly. If I return for a lion, I will repeat, for sure.

Had a great stay here, 27 euros for my own double room was unbelievable value. The location and host are wonderful. The bed was so comfortable I had the best sleep and was totally refreshed for my camino.

Right in the heart of the city, this beautiful, quaint, and clean hostel is a hidden gem. The owner was accommodating and welcoming. The rooms are warm and tidy, and the shared bathrooms are clean. There's a common breakfast/eating area and the halls are filled with plants. A lot of attention and care has been put into this hostel and it's a welcoming place for pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago

Hostal Bayon might be an older property, but it might offer the best value in Leon! I stayed in a spacious double room with a small balcony for only 25 euro. The room and the decoration showed signs of age, but the bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well. I cannot recommend enough Hostal Bayon for your stay in Leon. Not only it is cheap and central, but the owner is absolutely amazing ! She will help you as much as she can and will make you feel at home. I have been there once before travelling in the west of spain and I came back there at the end of my trip, feeling like coming back home. We very much enjoyed our visit. So close to all the important sites of Leon. Our room was comfortable, staff were fantastic and breakfast was very good also!

Really loved our stay here. A walk away from the centre. Clean tidy rooms and a restaurant/ bar underneath. We didnt use the spa but it was there for €20 per person. Would highly recommend

Perfect view directly on the cathedral, nice relaxing spa, we enjoyed it a lot. Helpfull host, we needed to leave our baggage in the hotel due to afternoon transport and they was prepared to help us. We appreciate it a lot. Breakfast directly in the Café on the groundfloor.

Great location behind the cathedral. Very nice welcome from the lady at reception. Loved rhe room with the old walls and cathedral views. Spa was very reviving, great treatfir sore muscles. Buzzy cafe with tourists and locals. Would return and stay here.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

The hotel is clean and in a good location. Our bed was comfortable, but very firm. If you need a softer mattress, look elsewhere. The noise level was a little high. We could hear people upstairs and on our floor coming and going.

A lovely olde worlde hotel very close to the majestic cathedral. Polite and friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. If I'm passing this way again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay once more. Highly recommended.

I could make an early check-in (1 pm), which was great because I had a big pack (El Camino). So thank you, thank you, thank you. The room is nice and has a fridge (again, just thank you), and the bathroom is quite big.

Fantastic location The hotel is a fantastic location. Close to everything. Excellent restaurants and bars and sites within walking distance . Lovely friendly staff . Nothing too much trouble . Breakfast was okay , basic but sufficient.

Clean.Safe area with great Asian food next door

About a 15-20min walk to the old town. We were going to stay in the old town, but booked here instead - thank goodness as there was a festival of the patron saint in old town. We would have never been able to drive in or park let alone get a peaceful night sleep. Lots of free street parking available outside this hotel. Spacious room. Grocery store just behind the hotel. I'd stay here again.

For one person, it's fine because of the bed, small studio, approved, you have the bus right outside the building, it takes you to the city center, parking is easy, although it's paid parking and they don't monitor it.

Ok Good for the price and location

Nice Apartment in Good Location Nice apartment in a quiet area with parking outside. 15 minutes walk to the cathedral. Big supermarket nearby. Kitchen had adequate equipment but you had to pay €5 a night to use it. There was no plug for the sink and we had to buy a sponge/scourer and tea towel. We had a 3 night stay.
