I had a confirmed and fully paid reservation from 20th to 23rd under booking number 622-771-3736. My flight was delayed and I arrived on the 21st. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled and the room had already been resold. I did not cancel the booking. I was not contacted by the hotel prior to the cancellation, despite being en route and having completed online check-in. No phone call, no email, no message. As a result, I was left without accommodation on a Saturday night and had to urgently search for an alternative place to stay. It was extremely stressful and avoidable. When I contacted the hotel, they stated that *********** initiated the cancellation. *********** then communicated as if I had requested a cancellation fee waiver, which is incorrect. At no point did I request cancellation. The most concerning part is that a fully paid reservation was cancelled without consultation and the room was resold, leaving the guest to deal with the consequences. Until this is properly resolved and accountability is taken, I cannot recommend booking here. Travelers should be aware of the risk of cancellation without notification, even on prepaid stays.

A place with character and very clean with amazing and helpful staff.
...but very inconvenient for non-resident since the check in is under a software link and no work properly as the disadvantages for the amount of applications thst exist today to downloading the required info!!!...I guess that a 24/7 deck services is highly needed 😉

Stayed for one night as we were traveling to Morocco. Room spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a fridge in the room. Breakfast was a good continental affair that was good quality and tasty. There was secure parking but it is limited but there appears to be plenty of on street parking. Good value for money that I couldn't fault

Reception without personal intervention. If telephone broke I'd be not able to check-in. It got solved with 2 calls, but it's stressful and takes longer to check-in than necessary...

As we were driving we wanted somewhere we could leave the car easily. Street parking but easy to do. Hotel rather dingy and VERY od-fashioned decor, silver cherubs and Romanesque plaques everywhere. Room a decent size though, and its facilites ok. Decent wifi but that's about where it stops. Bed not great but breakfast...!! Absolutely DREADFUL. Don't purchase this if you do stay here. I found nothing edible at all! Fruit would have been ok but it was totally under ripe. Everything else was the cheapest they could possibly access. Those foul prepacked very cheap cakes and croissant, fluorescent pink yoghurts full of colouring and tasting horrible, really nothing I could eat at all. They would do far better to charge a Euro or 2 more and provide something edible. We have been travelling around Spain and Portugal for 3 weeks and never had anything near as poor in any other hotel. They really should address this.

The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. The price was decent, but you definitely get what you pay for. Many hairs were found in the bedding. Also, upon getting in the shower and closing the door, you can see that the bottom of the shower door in the corner is covered in black mold. Had we not arrived in Salamanca so late at night, we would have packed up and left for another hotel.

Oh dear
When we arrived at the hotel the front door was so heavy that I actually thought it was locked so I rang the bell which didn’t please the receptionist. She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that hotel parking was extra and that I had to pay extra for the dogs on checking in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was quite dirty as per photos. We had a balcony but OMG it was filthy with broken paving slabs, numerous weeds and puddles of water. I have stayed in other 3* hotels in Spain which charges a lot less than Eurowest and they were far superior. When we ventured out to eat I was interrogated about whether my dogs would bark or not and when I assured her that they wouldn’t she proceeded to tell me they would have to remove them from the room if they did! All in all there was nothing nice about the hotel but we had been on the road all day and we just wanted to get our heads down

A decent hotel in a quiet area across the river and short walk from Salamanca's ancient center, the staff were friendly and helpful. There was no parking available in their garage, but we found free street parking just a block away and saved €12. The room was basic and beds comfy, but the radiators were on and there was no remote for the AC, so the room was hot and we had to leave the window open all night with a bright street light just feet away illuminating our room. I need a cool, dark room when I sleep, so I opted for cool and dawned a sleeping mask and earplugs, not optimal. Breakfast was minimal, toast, butter, jam, ham and cheese, fruit, and some packaged pastries. The pot of very dark coffee was extremely strong, even for me, and they had OJ and water, not a great selection. They do accept pets, so my service animal was welcome in all areas of the hotel, but they added €9 to the room for a total of €70. Not a great TravelValue, but I have seen much worse. Simple hotel, about 10-15 minutes walking to city center. The receptionist Maria Angeles and her colleague are very helpful. The breakfast was not included but we pais for it and was really worth. I recommend this place
