Everything was nice and clean. The communication wasn’t the best. We booked through ******* and from the email, it said the desk was open 24 hours. When we arrived, no one was there. We had to call a phone number that was listed on the property. No one answered. Soon we received a call back from an irritated lady who informed us we were supposed to call 30 minutes in advance. The lady arrived at the hotel 10ish minutes later and she didn’t even greet us. She didn’t have good customer service at all. Because the hotel is in a college area, it was pretty loud well after midnight. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work. We would return to this property to try it again because it was a nice property, but we would hope for better customer service.

Great location near Mayor plaza, Salamanca.
I'm just using this facility as a sleeping spot.
If you want a variet of hotel services, I will not recommend.

Noisy guests
Really clean. Reception staff not in hotel so feels unwelcoming. 2 nights of very noisy other guests in the early hours of the morning. Great central location.

I was staying with two friends just for one night and getting off at the nearer Salamanca station to the old town, the location was perfect. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but we called the lady running the place and she said we could check in a bit earlier. She was friendly and wanted to help us although we had all been in Salamanca on a few occasions. The beds were all comfy, the bathroom fine and the shower had a good hot temperature. The only negative would be the constant noise outside on a Saturday night - I'd imagine mostly the student population. For this reason, it may be better to ask for an interior room, if like us, you just want somewhere to sleep and shower.

if you are the one that can sleep with slamming doors, fights, drunk people laughing, and basketball-screaming games, this is the place to stay.

This is like a room from hell if you want to just sleep after a day of work or walk - I would say that this was an exaggeration if it weren´t because I live this hell of a story for three nights - I asked to be moved from the room but there is no answer. Also, remember to call one hour before getting to the place - there is no receptionist in place so if you want to check in after 10 pm - good luck.

Great location and nice staff - the only good things I can point out about the hotel.

An outdated place, with very poor accommodation settings. No Wi-Fi, no cable on the TV and not even an useful AC system.

Cleaning standards clearly not their forte either.

Hope the owners invest on some modifications quickly.
