Very clean (spotless!), newly renovated / well maintained (no weird musty smells) Very friendly and accommodating staff, gladly offering tourist tips, they also accommodated my late check in. Very comfortable bed and quiet - I have never slept so well! Perfect location. Also Great value - you will not find this kind of deal for quality anywhere else in town, trust me I looked for hours before finally landing here. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Salamanca!

Had the pleasure of staying here over the Christmas Holiday of 2014-15.
This is the perfect hotel for the tourist. The rooms are very clean and sparse. There are no amenities that you will find in 5 star hotels.
The room had a queen size futon bed, a desk and a closet for your clothes. The bathroom had a small square tub with shower head and surround shower curtain. No glass enclosure. Sink, toilet- done. Nothing lavish.
This is a hotel for those guests who spend their time out of the hotel and seeing the city.
And proximity to the city is by far one of the BEST! You are less then 10 blocks to the Plaza Major, University, Casa de la Concha, and most of the other huge attractions of the city. Walk to all with ease.
Best part of this hotel- price. A negotiated price of €30 a night left me feeling glad to have found the place.
Tourists enjoy this place as I have. You won't be disappointed.
Travelers who like mints in their pillows and room service and folded animal towels...keep looking. This is not for you.

The hotel is great. It is very cheap, centrally located and with a very simple digital access that prevents you from wasting time. The rooms are always clean and the bathrooms spotless. The only but that I can put are the noises. The walls filter all the sound and there is often an insensitive guest who is shouting in the corridors

The location is very good, because it's really near from the most important buildings in Salamanca, 5 minutes walking to Plaza Mayor. The rooms are comfortable, good service and the prize is ok
