I visited Segovia for a few days and am writing this note of thanks to the staff of the Hostal Segovia/San Francisco. Thank you for your attention, service, and friendliness. Everything is much appreciated.
But one recommendation:
Pls. Ask for information about the new complex at 17 Cervantes Street. (Something unique!)

Good quality of rooms given the price. The last time I was there (2022), the staff were very friendly and accommodating to extensions or cleaning requests. The rooms may feel a little cramped, but what do you expect at 70-80 euro price range? The only drawback I experienced was the noise from being too close to Azoguejo. But since most people would book the place precisely to see Acueducto and the surrounding areas, in most circumstances this wouldn't even be an issue.

Great location, but the receptiom process is dull, they even write you a message to come earlier than the latest indicated time by booking.com is, the room is very small, the bed was ok, the shower extremely small, but for one night, it was ok

This much more than a 1-Star hotel!!Super nice spot with perfect view from the balcony directly on the aqueduct and also the service was great and responsive. I recommend this hotel.

they made us think they had parking, but the parking was far away and we had to carry our bags from there. the service was bad and the room was too small and didnt feel fresh… the only thing it has is that the akvedukt is close.

The room clean and nice. The bad thing is that in those facing the street you can hear party people shouting and talking loudly throughout the night.
The first day we did not have hot water because the boiler was not left on.
Excellent location.

Clean, historic, high ceilings, and right in the city center. We were there for a wedding nearby and found easy walking to everything we needed, including the local castle and historical sites.
