Hotel Infanta Isabel in Segovia

Small hotel perfectly located in the plaza mayor.
Conveniently located in the heart of the old town.
We had three rooms, all clean and with plenty of electrical outlets. My room in particular had a great view of the plaza. The staff at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly.
They conveniently have lockers to leave your luggage if you are leaving late from Segovia

Good place to stay, nice room, no hair conditioner available, breakfast available at 20€ per person.

We had a massive room with balcony overlooking the town square. Even though there was a festival going on which was fabulous, we were not disturbed by the noise. The Cathedral is across the square and Castle a short walk. Excellent location and we would definitely stay again.

Overall, our stay was very good, but there was one disappointing detail.
The only issue was the parking. When I booked, it was advertised that the hotel had parking. However, when my father asked, the staff said there were two options: either we give them the keys and someone drives the car away to the hotel’s parking and later brings it back when needed, or we walk 7–10 minutes to a nearby paid parking lot. My father even offered, “Okay, let me take the car to your parking lot myself,” but they refused to reveal the location. He didn’t like the idea that he wouldn’t know where the car was and that a stranger would be driving it. The whole thing felt strange and almost like a joke — as if the employees could just use the car in the evening and return it in the morning. In the end, we chose the paid parking nearby.
Apart from that, everything else was excellent. The room cleaning was outstanding, absolutely no complaints at all.
The location couldn’t be better — right in the very heart of the city, on the central square, you step outside and immediately see the cathedral. Breakfast was served as a buffet, and drinks were available in the morning with an extra charge of about 10–15 EUR.

Segovia is such a nice "village" ! I have seen too many people coming in the morning and leaving the same day while you can stay at this hotel for not much and enjoy being first at the Alcazar while it is not crowded with groups and not too hot. The hotel is located right next to the Cathedral making it ideal for an overnight stay. You ll find many nice restaurants and stores around too. Hasta luego :)

This hotel faces the square, and we happened to arrive during St. John's Day, a big festival, so it was very crowded and lively. The cathedral is right across the street. It's very beautiful; although it has some history, it's still quite nice. This room even faces the clock tower.

The hotel is exquisite and elegant, not far from the attractions, and the rooms are clean and quiet.

The location is excellent in the main square, but the room I stayed in was too small to fit my luggage. The balcony has great lighting and scenery. The service staff is very enthusiastic and can help call a taxi to the train station, which is very convenient!

The hotel is a long way from the train station. If you leave your luggage in Madrid Hotel, it is OK. You need to walk up the slope on the aqueduct for 15 minutes to reach the hotel.
The dining location in the hotel is poor and the area is also very small, so I chose to have breakfast in a restaurant with a better environment outside.
