It's a shame to forget something in the room and try to get it back... take care of your things, so be careful...

Horrible experience! I was sleeping when another guest, using his key, entered my room at 5 AM and then two other rooms looking for his own. I almost had a heart attack. My husband had to confront him to make him leave. On top of that, I called the woman to inform her of what happened and tell her that one room key opens another, asking her to do something to prevent it from happening again. She treated me like a liar and a lunatic, as if I were lying. They have security cameras, which I asked her to check, and she said yes, she saw him entering my room, but only because I left the door open. How could she think I would leave the door open when my husband and I were sleeping? The other two rooms he entered were also left open. In short, the security is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this hostel to anyone. I advise the woman at the hostel to install a lock on the door and take a customer service course. It's a shame this happened because the hostel itself is great in terms of location, cleanliness, and comfort, but the experience was so awful that I would never return to this hostel. I recommend that they... have them look into it, yes

My stay was terrible, and what made it even worse was that at 5 a.m. another guest supposedly entered our room claiming he was looking for his room with his key card, even though he had already opened two other rooms. My husband had to confront him. And the worst part was the receptionist, whom we informed of the situation simply so she could take some security measures. She treated us like liars after reviewing the security camera footage and saying we had left the door open. She insisted that if she looked at the cameras, she could clearly see him opening the door for us. The receptionist needs to develop better empathy for guests because her behavior is sorely lacking. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all, although the rooms were clean and nice, to be honest, but the service was awful and the security was nonexistent.

Outstanding location, in the city centre, quite close to the main square and the aqueduct…

…and that’s where the positive aspects end, about the negative ones, the list is endless, mediocre place, rude and unreliable staff, ridiculously overpriced.

I do not recommend this place at all.

If you travel super light and don’t need to leave your bag somewhere before or after your stay, this place is for you. But if you have even a small suitcase that you might need to leave somewhere or even worse a big one, you should look for another option.
