The hotel was fine, but they gave us rooms for disabled people, even though we weren't. There was no sofa or chair in the room, and no overhead shower, just a wall-mounted shower. I understand why it has to be this way for a disabled person, but since I'm not a disabled person, the room is uncomfortable.
Eurostar is always good, with a good location and convenient to go anywhere.
The basic room type I booked is average in size, the sanitary napkin is big enough, it takes about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the aqueduct, and about 15 minutes to walk to the castle, you can fully experience the city walk, the hotel building has a history of more than 400 years, and it has a strong sense of history
This hotel was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous bath, the staff (especially Sergio) were lovely and accommodating. When we arrived we had two single beds instead of a double, but they kindly remade it into a double for us immediately. The view out the window was also beautiful and the location was perfect, quiet but close to everything. Will be recommending to friends.
The only negative was the breakfast...
Each room in this hotel is slightly different. There is one room that is very, very good: Room 402, which is called a deluxe double room on the website. It has a very special balcony, which is only available in 2 rooms on the 4th floor. But I highly recommend this room, it is super beautiful!
Convenient parking, the hotel is amazing, the service is very warm, and it is a very beautiful hotel.
