Great stay really good location. I would recommend it’s right in the city centre and you just need to get on one tram overall good stay and I can’t recommend enough. It was priced really well no complaints.

Well located near tram stop giving easy access to town centre. Free parking ,hotel clean and what you would expect from a budget hotel. Plenty of fresh food for breakfast, eggs, meat, cheese etc.

Cuando se trata de un hotel de una cadena como el Ibis, lo que marca la diferencia es el trato del personal. Nerea in reception put me at ease with her smile and made me feel welcome with her excellent service. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the location is great if you come with a car. Will repeat.

The location was ideal for the work we were doing, being very close to the A7 motorway. Excellent service: very friendly staff. The rooms were clean, although a bit dated (an update wouldn't hurt). Parking was very convenient.
We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and we didn't eat there, so I can't comment on the restaurant.

The rooms aren't soundproofed at all. During my one-night stay I had to deal with kids screaming in the room next door and people talking loudly in the hall outside. Also, for some reason, every time I heard someone close the door to their room it sounded like the door was being SLAMMED shut. Not much sleep that night.
My room was also quite dirty with crumbs and things on the desk and stains on the walls. Very gross.
The only good thing I can say about this place is that the cafeteria seemed competently run. The food was very good and the service was nice. For this reason I give this hotel two stars instead of one.

Value for money this is great hotel for a short stay in Murcia. Good location and close to the tram stop. Plenty of free parking. Rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a good breakfast available (and food at other times) The only problem we had was that the room key didn't work to start with but a very friendly man apologized and resolved the issue. We will definitely use again.

We used to go to eat after work, the last time we were cheated with the Jamón y queso, they charged us 15€ for the bread ... We will not go again, embarrassing.
