Everything easy and close to airport

The property and staff were great. Breakfast was good but it was not included, we had to pay $8 Euros each.

Hotel very nice, rooms very clean, they have a small fridge and a safe. Easy walking distance of the centre. Had breakfast on last morning, is a buffet there is large choice ,was 8€ per person.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is very tight and entry access is particularly difficult but it’s doable. The hotel did charge 10 euros for parking which I wasn’t made aware of beforehand. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was decent. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a gluten-free section 👍 But the coffee machine wasn’t working so the only hot drinks were from an express machine which wasn’t great. Location was good and we got a taxi into Murcia centre for 9euros. Decent hotel to use as a base for exploring the area.

Old furniture, doors, etc. all the hotel requires renovation. It is difficult to find the hotel location. 20 min walking to central square of Murcia. Receptionist works perfectly, 24/7. Very polite reception and really helpful.

Modern hotel in the centre of town. Rooms and bathroom were average size but exceptionally clean and well maintained (better than 4 star hotel we used on the same trip). Reception were helpful. Getting to the hotel is a bit of a mission due to the one way system in the streets around it. Parking is limited and you may have to park on street nearby. Good value.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and the city center, but is in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and functional, in good or excellent condition.
