Large place, decent room facilities

The hotel lobby rooms are large and very comfortable. The underground parking lot is also very large. The room facilities are a bit lacking, there is only a TV and 2 cups in the bathroom, and the parking fee is more than 13 euros per night.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. It is our reference hotel in Murcia.

The standard of this hotel are amazing! Clean and tidy rooms with consistent maid cleaning service where the maids don’t take anything which is rare on most holidays I’ve been on! One of our Spanish friends booked this hotel for us to stay in Murcia for his wedding. We stayed for a week and had a great time. Fantastic location for shopping, cathedral and bullring etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking a little expensive at 22€ per day, although very secure. Room generally very clean, although WC seat was very stained on the underside. Some of the room fittings were poorly finished and the curtains did not fully close. Breakfast was good with a varied choice.

Parking was very confusing and we ended up paying €40 for 12 hours. No Bar ! There was a nightclub you could have a drink in but had no seating. Cleaner cleaned out room and left the door open, nothing was taken but could have been bad. Beds were super comfortable and hotel was very clean. Great location, albeit very noisy on a Saturday night.

We stay at the Amistad Hotel in Murcia two nights every month - It is ALWAYS excellent, the reception staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and the rooms are always perfectly clean and comfortable. The best hotel in Murcia!

Okay. The bed is quite small for two people. The walls are thin, so you can hear footsteps and noise from outside. The curtains don’t fully darken the room, so it gets bright early in the morning.

Stayed for two consecutive nights, very comfortable! There are shopping malls and supermarkets around, very convenient! The lady at the front desk is also very nice! Highly recommended, I will choose here again if necessary!

Beautiful structure, spacious room with many comforts. Negligible defects: slight stain on a towel, however clean, and worn shower seals. In any case, excellent value for money.

Nice old style hotel in the city center of Murcia next to the Cathedral. If you have booked the parking mention it clearly at the reception when you arrive as I was sent by mistake to the public parking that was much more expensive. For the rest, we had a lovely stay and great walk in Murcia at night. The breakfast is very large and the atmosphere all around was good.

AC Murcia was lovely surprise! Hotel is slightly dated in decor, few minor flaws here and there. There is a strong sewage smell lingering in the hallways ( plumping issue ? ) but we get used to it rather quickly. I would suggest to use ambientador in the hallways to hide the smell ... Five star rating goes to absolutely lovely staff. They were so hospitable and amable, always asking if we need something...

We have informed the reception about the flows of the room but seemed not caring at all. The bathroom walls were dirty you could see it immediately ,the waste tin was no working at all ,you need to use a paper to open it by hand , the lights were not sufficient , the room was next to the main road there was continous noise in the room , but they kindly give us a kettle and glasses while I was hoping...

Never been to a 4 star hotel where I had to go to reception to get a plug for the bath. Later we discovered there was no TV aerial either !

We were staying as we were going to a concert at the Murcia Bullring. It was only a 10 minute walk which was very handy. It was also easily walkable into Murcia Centre. Hotel was very nice, clean and friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Everything was great from the moment you walked in. The room was spacious and had a good buffet. The only downside was the smell in the bathroom. I don't know if it was just mine or a general smell. Otherwise, everything was great.

The hotel is a bit out of the city center, but as the city isn't very large, getting to the old town is still quite convenient. The staff are friendly and courteous, and free parking is available, which is a big plus.

It was an overnight stop from Alicante airport, basic but very clean and comfortable beds would use again in Murcia.  Staff were lovely.

Great location just walking distance from the centre of Murcia. Room was cleaned daily to a very good standard. Reception staff was nice and helpful. Perla was friendly and happy to assist with ideas about where to eat and places to visit. She made us feel very welcomed too. Downside was the maintenance of the place. Double room only had a socket and wasnt working very well. WiFi was down upon arrival...

The hotel did charge 10 euros for parking which I wasn’t made aware of beforehand. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was decent. Well located near tram stop giving easy access to town centre. Free parking ,hotel clean and what you would expect from a budget hotel. Plenty of fresh food for breakfast, eggs, meat, cheese etc.

Great stay really good location. I would recommend it’s right in the city centre and you just need to get on one tram overall good stay and I can’t recommend enough. It was priced really well no complaints.

The location was ideal for the work we were doing, being very close to the A7 motorway. Excellent service: very friendly staff. The rooms were clean, although a bit dated (an update wouldn't hurt). Parking was very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and we didn't eat there, so I can't comment on the restaurant.

Fabulous hotel which we have stayed in once before. Right in the middle of the city centre. Really nice staff. The room was a bit small but cosy, with a nice balcony. The bed was too small for two grownups, but it was comfortable enough. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed, so our stay was almost perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is a perfect place for an affordable basic room in Murcia. Nice staff and the room had the necessities. I would stay here again. It's also quite easy to find on-street parking for free nearby.

This hotel is 15mins away by foot from the city center. Great value for the money. The rooms are quite spacious and offer everything you would need. The staff was mostly nice, although I had to wait for two days for a reciept. The mattres is realy comfortable.

This is a budget basic hotel. We stayed for two nights. Check in simple. Had a front facing room. Was a very small bathroom and bedroom was OK. Aircon decent. No safe. We only needed to sleep in the room so it was decent for what we paid. Would stay again easily.
