Downside was the maintenance of the place. Double room only had a socket and wasnt working very well. WiFi was down upon arrival so we had to connect to a visitor's one. There is some upgrading required for the hotel. Rest all good
However, I was very disappointed and uncomfortable with the attitude of one staff member on Monday morning. His behavior felt inappropriate and slightly discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable in a professional environment. Respect and equality toward all guests should be a basic standard. This experience unfortunately left a negative impression despite the rest of the stay being decent.
