cannot fault the hotel, was nice had a lovely reception and was clean. however there is not a lot to do in and out of the hotel. food was awful, no variety and was the same every night. staff were quite rude if i had an issue or wanted to ask a question, some just walked away

We booked a suite with balcony and it was extremely spacious. The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but the bedsheets were crisp. We went all inclusive and there was a large range of food available, something for everyone.

Excellent hotel. You can park with car or motorbike in the garage for free. Rooms are clean and nice. Good food, nice staff. It is a good bit of walk to the beaches and the way is upward. The rooms on the ground floor are extremely noisy due to the proximity of the canteen (restaurant), and the building is not insulated at all. This was the perfect place for me. High above Puerto de la Cruz set in beautiful gardens tended by two full time gardeners. The location and views are the best thing about this hotel, but otherwise it seems like a hotel that used to great in the 80s and hasn’t been updated since. Everything is very old, you have to pay to use the safe, our mattress was slanted down on one side, and the amenities are minimal. I wouldn’t consider this a four star hotel at all, but it is clean with a great location.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of September the hotel could do with a bit of modernising and it would of been nice to have coffee and tea facilities in the bedroom but other than that we had a lovely stay hotel staff were friendly the food was lovely there are lots of shops around you for anything you need absolutely loved our stay

It was our first visit to Tenerife we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The Concordia playa Hotel Puerto De Cruz was in a very good location. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff very friendly. We used the Taxi a few times and the price they change is very reasonable.

Stayed here for a week solo which I booked last minute. Room was perfect nice views from balcony, with the hotel being in a great location. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Reception staff were able to answer any query I had and had good knowledge of the local area, bar staff made excellent drinks and cleaning staff cleaned my room well. Enough of all groups of staff spoke perfect English...

Staff were brilliant and very polite. Rooms were basic but expected for the price. Beds could’ve been comfier. However, boyfriend loved the bum washer. Breakfast had lots to choose from. Good location, right by the beach. Have some fun performances in the evening. Crowd was older than us.

This is the second stay at the hotel. Love the beautiful grounds and the location. The buffet food was of a high standard. The only disappoint were chilly pools It's a shame they can't use some of the solar power to heat the pools. We would definitely return.

November 4th 2025. Lovely hotel, 90 mins from the airport. It is clean, the food good and very nice friendly staff. The TUI rep was there a few hours each morning but no welcome meeting( so no trip selling, there was a brochure book only) as maybe 5% English mostly German with maybe 25% Spanish. Absolutely great holiday with family and children. We arrived late night exhausted, and found hotel staff left dinner for us in the fridge - what a caring gesture from hotel, well appreciated. Nothing wow really, cleaning could be better, same as servive. The location is not very good as steep hills etc and nothing around like restaurants. You must resaxh city centre for that. A 3 star hotel ut on certain things i will say 2 stars

Lovely clean hotel, excellent breakfast and good location. Close to the town centre around 20min walk or £3:45 by taxi just outside the hotel. Rooms can be more up to date but they are spacious and clean therefore would not complain. Pool bar reasonably priced , £3 pint, £6 cocktails etc. Enough sun loungers and free towels from the lifeguard :) would come back

Liked it very much.The lobby is very lovely and polite workers.Fed just super,great choice of dishes,vegetables,fruits, cakes.The waiters are like bees and also very cute.Located in the center, a huge number of shops and cafes, the ocean 10 minutes away.Be sure to come back.
