Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, close to the ocean and some parks, good view to mountain and ocean, fantastic amenities and entertainment like tennis court and swimming pool and live music. I will get back here very soon.

Fantastic stay with great value for money and stunning views of Mt. Teide. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the food was outstanding—especially the poke bowl! It's an old building with an old building feel. Cleanliness is good with cleaners working 5/7 days pw. Towels and bedding changed every 3 or 4 days. Room facilities are excellent with everything you need to cook basic meals. Shampoo and soap provided.

A nice surprise was the bar on the 7th floor with a jacuzzi (with quite cold water). Breakfasts could be better, little choice for vegetarians or vegans. Views and location is good, near the bus stops and the beaches and the center. Situated on a high cliff in the center, the views from rooftop terrace are especially great. There are sunbeds, 2 hot tubs and drinks available too at the rooftop. Mostly older people in the hotel, so nice and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay here , we did get a lower level room at first, which overlooked a tip area . Located on a top of a hill with 360 Degrees views! Very good price-performance ratio. Solid 4Star hotel with 2 large outdoor swimming pools. It would be great to see more Spanish food options on the menu. I really enjoyed the Yoga and Pilates classes, which took place outdoors on the very well-maintained lawn and simultaneously offered an incredible sea view.

This hotel is a bit special. It is high up in the hillside overlooking Puerto de la Cruz. The views are stunning. The hotel covers a large area unlike most of the hotels in the town. The hotel is very child friendly and the entertainment for the little ones is excellent. Kids club is open even in December and the staff running it, Eriani and Laura, are great. There is a kids disco every evening, followed by adult entertainment. Having booked before I read some of the reviews ( from 2017/2018) I was a bit concerned. However the more recent reviews seemed better so I was hopeful. My view was that the Hotel was great. A 3 star hotel with no AC but charm and good gym The bad: small room, about 16m2, no fridge, no AC. Had to pay to access the safety deposit box in the room. The good: good service and communication. Good staff and cleaning. Excellent gym. Close to the beach promenade.
