A nice little commuter hotel with friendly service and everything you need for a night or two of stay.

The room was clean but very small and there was a kettle but no supplies to make anything.

Location is spot on for everything. From dinning to tattoos-everything is walkable. Metro is a block away that’ll take you anywhere else. Will stay there again, highly recommend .

Good siz3d room , lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Good breakfast. 5 minutes walk to the metro.

Room was very hot. And in the bathroom where big hole in wall, not maybe good with shower steam go there. Breakfast was quite basic, but no any labels. And no mention about allergies, no gluten-free food? Dinner at pazzi was good.

Good location Hotel is in a good location. Lots of restaurants and bars in waking distance. Hotel Italian restaurant has good food and reasonable price. Breakfast was good. Stayed in room 28. Shower floods bathroom which isn't great.

The hotel has a great location in the city center, making transportation very convenient. It's easy to get to the airport or major attractions. The breakfast is also plentiful and delicious. Stockholm's subway stations are very well-designed.

Rooms are small but clean. Convenient location. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Room was not larg8e, no mirror in room, single electric socket either side of beds used by bedside lights, one of which had no bulb.. spare sockets over table opposite beds. Clothes storage by vertical hangers or two small drawes. Shower/wetroom quite small with no with no extractor fan.

The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and dining. It is close to the subway and can easily reach various scenic spots. The hotel has complete facilities, easy check-in, quiet and clean. It is the first choice for tourist accommodation. I will choose here again next time if I have the chance.

If you're looking for the height of luxury this is not it! If it's just somewhere to get your head down then you're good to go. The rooms are tiny and no windows but the place is clean and has all that you need including breakfast. The staff are helpful and polite and you're a stones throw away from everything. Shops. Bars. Restaurants and the train station. I would certainly stay there again.

Small rooms with relatively comfortable beds. The kitchen is extremely dirty and poorly equipped. The rooms have no windows, and the ladders to the top bunks are poorly designed—it almost feels like a step is missing. Right next to the central station, very good value for money. Late and good, cheap breakfast. Would certainly stay here again. My room had four bunk beds and no windows, like a ship cabin. We enjoyed our short stay with Jämteborg. Located on a very quiet street in the city center, an old but lovely building with its own spirit. However it's not a luxury hotel. Excellent stay for a 3 star hotel.

The hotel sits in central Ostesund, and has easy access to shops and trains etc. The hotel rooms have limited ameneties - no phones in the block I was in, and limited front desk operational times. Nevertheless, the staff are very helpful to make your stay comfortable as much as they can.

The room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the free breakfast at the cafe across the street that’s associated with the hotel. There’s plenty of really nice shops and restaurants all around the hotel. Excellent place for walks in town or down by the lake. Absolutely loved my stay.

We loved our stay at Hotel Emma. We arrived late and used the self-check in service, which was very smooth. We were not in Östersund very long, so it was wonderful to stay in a central location to get a feel for the town. Loved that they sold some local products in their lobby. Great breakfast.

The room was well equipped. The Breakfast was very good. I missed nothing. Our room (33) could use a renovation. The ceiling was cracked and the paint was peeling. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This is a beautiful building set among the historic walled city. Breakfast is delicious with lots of home baked produce. The hosts are lovely and the garden where breakfast and afternoon tea are served is quiet but extremely convenient for the old town

This is a former (or maybe even present?) hospital's guesthouse, and still feels like one, so don't expect a spa or a bar or a room service. But it is a really quiet place with comfy beds and all the basic amenities. The breakfast room can double as a reading room :-) There is even a fridge upstairs, and the rarely seen staff is very kind. The bonus is the grocery shop across the street which is open...

The staff were so friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was cozy and well maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. And the breakfast, it was so good! It really set the tone for a great day. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

Hotel Stella was one of the most welcoming and comfortable hotel’s I have ever stayed in. The rooms were relaxed and cozy. The owner was always available and friendly. The breakfast buffet was fresh with a nice array of cheeses/meats, cereal, fruit, and cultured milk products. I spent a comfortable week there while visiting friends in Uppsala.

The room was clean, tidy, and the bed was comfy! I loved the free breakfast, it helped start my morning right. It was a great place to relax and have a couple zoom meetings between visiting family. The location was great, totally walkable. I’ll be back next time.

We stayed on Halloween weekend back in autumn and had a great experience. Very cozy dinner/bar area, nice and clean rooms and hotel located in a quiet area. Half board was included, and it was quite good without being luxurious (which is also not what we paid for). Would definitely come back!

Perfect for families We stayed with two adults and two children in the winter park. We stayed in room 108 with a shower and toilet for women right next door, and close to the shared kitchen. Very cozy area. 9min by tram to Liseberg (bolt and uber were more convenient though). Fridge is in the shared kitchen. No spices. Bed linen and bath towel and towel were included. We missed a TV, it could be anormal size, but there was none. We like very much how friendly and flexible are the entire Hotel personnel is, in any case. The breakfast was also fine and very huge sortiment.

Cozy and quiet little hotel. Great breakfast menu. Lady that works in the kitchen has a really great taste! Rooms are tiny but everything you need is there. Even a small refrigerator... Great location, you can walk all over the city and still have close to the hotel.

Very spacious apartment in city center We stayed in the annex apartment with 3 bedrooms and a huge living room. Only one shower though. Right on the center shopping street with restaurants so can be noisy with people and cars. You must take stairs to the first level. Breakfast is in the main building down the street.

The annexe where we stayed was beautifully clean and comfortable. Older patrons or people with mobility issues need to be aware that there are three flights of stairs to be climbed (with luggage) in order to get to some of the annexe rooms.

The room is alright, just a tad small, if you are two. The shower is amazing and roomy. The beds are not for quite sex and there are no shelves whatsoever. The parking is on the street, just make sure you park in the green zone, not in the red, which is just outside of the hotel. Check in is with the code you get via sms, since the reception desk is closed in the evenings.

Perfect hotel for a quick stay. I just recommend updating the key system at some point. It’s our fault, but we forgot to lock the door one day when leaving because it’s a habit to have a keypad in a hotel. Otherwise, perfect for us. Thank you!

Great licatio & friendly staff Wonderful place in the heart of the town

Great location and really comfortable. We had a 3 person room and it was quiet, cosy, modern. It’s affordable and great value. The lounge room area is really bright and has great views of the town. You can relax there at night time and it’s close to all amenities. We loved staying there for 4 days. Will return!

Hello. We stayed last weekend in one of the rooms, chose a junior suite. One plus of this hotel is the location. When we checked into the room, we found that the window in the bathroom was broken and did not close. It was cold outside and it was raining terribly! You can imagine how cold it was in the bathroom and how pleasant it was to take a shower 😡There is nothing in the room!!! Not a hair dryer...

We stayed in the Casandra apartment across the street from the main hotel and absolutely loved it. Being there for a week, we so enjoyed having space to spread out. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet provides a nice mix of items. The staff at the desk and breakfast are friendly and helpful. The proximity to all Gamla Stan has to offer cannot be beat.

Stockholm It was a great location in old town just 1/2 block from royal palace. Very walkable, many restaurants couple od blocks from many ferrys. Ericka at the front desk was very professional & help with an alarm issue. Stockholm was a great city to visit. Will return in the future.

Good for the price. Great location. I liked door systems with codes, so no interaction with the reception was needed. However, there were no basic amenities except for soap. The rooms are compact, with limited storage space and minimal surfaces for belongings. Beds offer medium comfort. Heating works well in autumn, but in summer, street noise could be an issue due to the proximity to the road.
