Sweaty We stayed durung some hot and humid summer days. Window can only be opened a tiny bit, no airconditioning and small room. Very sweaty experience. There is also a lot of noise from the highway but this would only be an issue in the summer with open window. Big carpark and good breakfast. Very friendly frontdesk.

It was a great weekend stay for us. Staffs are friendly and welcoming and patient with my kids noise. Hotel has a play area for kids which is super great and other stuffs to do. Great breakfast too ;) Definitely will come back whenever will be in Uppsala.

Very family friendly hotel! The kids had so much to do in the hotel so we didn't even have to go somewhere else.

The amenities were excellent with a great breakfast with many options and very thoughtful hours for early travellers. The free shuttle that runs regularly to/from the airport (which is close) is a plus. This hotel is a great value for a quality stay.

The lady driving the shuttle bus was fantastic! We forgot an item on the luggage cart at Terminal 4. We realized it when we got to the hotel. We panicked, of course... she heard how upset we were, so this lovely driver quickly offered to go back. And against all odds, the items were still on the cart! Pure happiness!!! The Scandic Uplandia is around 10 minute walk from Upplsala railway station. The rooms are reasonably large with a good bathroom and shower. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of hot and cold options. There is also a gym and sauna. The gym is quite small, but everything was in good working order. Overall, an excellent hotel, which was also very good value.

I stayed with my family on a trip to Uppsala for a conference. The “family room” was two single beds and a pull-down bunk. With the bunk pulled down there was very little space in the room. With temperatures in the mid-to-low 20s the air conditioning did not get the room cool enough at night. The room did not have a fridge. The location is great as was the (included) daily breakfast.
