Very run down, no cleaning. No wifi in the room, even though it says so in the description. The window in the room could barely be opened as it hit the wall outside. The restaurant was only open Monday - Wednesday.

Food for thoughts! Ingen gillar öl på burk. Alla gillar bacon och stekta ägg till frukost. Riktiga frallor med vallmo frön gillas också. Vi som reser i arbetet ständigt är av gamla skolan. Scandic i västerås hade dessutom allsvenskan på tv i loungen. (hade förr iallafall). Jag och mina kolleger bor på hotell minst 6 månader om året och scandic är hittills vanligast... P.S personalen var topp!!

The breakfast was excellent with a wonderful offering of great food and much variety.

Great location for walking around the city center and along river. Friendly staff at front desk and in the restaurant. Restaurant not expensive for a good restaurant in Sweden. Parking on street or across the street in a parking garage.

I was there for about one week and the room was never cleaned, despite the fact that I asked them to do it every second day. I gave them a reminder on 3rd day, but still they didn't do it.

The room was clean. But no fridge, no kettle in the room.

The room felt as it was no clean. For the price, I expected to have tea or cofeee in the room, at least.

Nice location, right in the center and within walking distance to the harbor and the castle, for example. A mistake not to have checked if all rooms have AC (only 6 of the rooms do) and it was very hot in our two rooms. I can't imagine that the hotel hires competent craftsmen when it comes to fixing things that break. Our door couldn't be closed because the lock housing in the door was coming loose...

Good size room, unfortunately it was sloppy cleaned (dusty in the room and in details in the toilet area). The room lacked air conditioning which made it extremely hot when it was hot outside with the sun beating down. However, there was a floor fan in the room which saved some. We had to keep the windows open to get fresh air, but since there is traffic on the street below it was a bit disturbing...

The hotel was basic but it is perfect for a small stay. Breakfast is quite diverse, rooms are small but clean, quiet, poke bowls are tasty, and there is an airport shuttle that leaves every 30 minutes. The price is also very competitive.

I had a great stay over this week. I stayed for work and my time in the Hotel was limited, but Ebba, Ider and Angela made sure every minute counted. Fantastic customer service, great rooms and a happy environment all the time are the things I will remember from my stay. Very modern looking hotel with a convenient location. Check-in process was an absolute bliss. Room is quite tiny and has some signs of wear, but this didn't bother me at all. Bathroom is good with good water temperature and pressure. The room was cozy with the beds being very comfortable. Looking out of the window you have a view on the hemköp supermarket with people shopping there. Everything is very clean, tidy and quiet. The floor is sticky when we checked in, so probably they didn’t clean the floor daily? The room is dark with little lightings, and even though the breakfast is free, it only starts at 4am.

It’s a good stay for people either having an early or late flight. Aiden provides free shuttle service twice every hour and the whole drive is approximately 5 to 6 minutes, just remember to check their schedule. It was a rush but fun time with my family. The cooking and meal times were the best memory of the house we shared. Would like to stay longer.

I forgot to write my review earlier when I stayed there in May 2024. It’s a beautiful location, I stayed in a cabin with an uninterrupted view of the sea. I walked everyday into Visby along the footpath on the coast, it was gorgeous. The room was clean and staff super friendly and professional. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone, as the rooms are clean, great staff, and great rates.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice and food was excellent. Breakfast was superb. Staff was also pro active with some extremely noisy guests, making sure they would quiet down by 10pm. That was very much appreciated since we had to leave the window open due to hot weather.

In the winter, the rooms are quite cold. But you have an option to ask for additional heater. I actually enjoy the restaurant for a dinner, as it offers nice variety of food. If you are not a foodie, you will enjoy it as I do :) Staff and the bar and in the restaurant is friendly and always willing to help.

I have been here before, for my businesstrip it is perfekt to stay here , it's close to the company i visit.The downside is that it is close to a major highway, and it's guide noisy in the room. So try to get a room and the inside away from the road.other than that it's OK .

Very nice place with great staff, easy/walkable activities and sights (the river walk us around the corner). Parking is listed as available, but that's only if you request it "months in advance". The staff were excellent; the best hotel service I’ve had in some time. My stay included a nice breakfast and dinner. My only issue was I had tv/cable reception issues in my room. Hotel was not really worth the cost. The rooms were very small and hot. However, it was centrally located and convenient. They only have a few hotel parking spaces and you need to reserve in advance or park in one of the public lots. My main complaint was that when I turned on the shower, water came flooding out from underneath the tub.

The hotel is a bit far from the old town, but it's about a 30-minute walk away, and the train station is a 20-minute walk away. I slept in an extra bed as it was booked for 3, sadly the foldable bed was not that comfortable. But the breakfast selection was great.

The location is good, but the triple room is a bit cramped. There's no refrigerator. The breakfast is decent and is served until 10 a.m. (Saturday to 11 a.m.). Free tea and coffee are available in the lobby. The price isn't cheap because it's in the city center, but breakfast is included. The value for money is acceptable.

The room is clean. The breakfast is good. We stay at the other block from the main hotel. So we have to walk under the cold weather for our sauna, gym and breakfast. We ask for take away breakfast at 6am for our early flight, but it was not prepared. So we just grab some snack.

Great location being a comfortable and scenic 10 minute stroll to Gamla Stan and only a couple of minutes from the local T-bana. Comfortable beds, quiet location despite being central with local bars and restaurants. Generous check-in/out times and a handy bag storgae facility. Staff are frienmdly and helpful. Cozy room. Only complaint was that bathroom was TINY - shower not enclosed and practically on top of the toilet. Good location The hotel is centrally located and it's easy to walk to most places or take the metro which is one block away. The hotel is on a quiet street but a construction site just across from our window made for noise and dust. The breackfast was good and the evening staff member was very helpful.
