Easy access by car, parking very close, flat and easy, pleasant staff, very clean and nice.
It's modern and clean, however, the room was a bit cold. They could not make it warmer but offered me extra blanket so that was kind. Also, the breakfast does not have that much variety. Other than that, it is a well thought and organized/managed hotel.

Nice hotel in center of city. Near to most shops. O'Learys for breakfast and dinner is great.
Oppholdet var over all forventning. Utrolig hyggelig og møtekommende personell, koselige rom, nydelig frokost og et herlig spa, spesielt utendørsbassenget. Vi kom fredag ettermiddag, og rommet var upåklagelig. Det hadde ikke vært noen innom for rengjøring på lørdag, - derav middels score på det.
Business stop at Östersund Nice two days business visit at Östersund, hotel is in good spot right in the hard of the town, depite to that it was easy to find free over night place for big van I was travelling.
The hotel refused my request for a refund due to a travel accident and did not go to stay.
Right in the center of the town, this town is very small, with a population of 50,000 to 60,000. In winter, you can ski and watch the northern lights. Few Chinese tourists know about it and come here.
A great place to escape the rain and get a massage while riding my motorcycle from the north of sweden

Right in the center with the bus station as a neighbor. The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was ok but the cleaning was worse which brings down my rating.
Roger, this man is a lifesaver! We arrived at this hotel tired from several days of skiing. We were pleased to see a free spa with jacuzzis and a sauna. Great athmosphere in the hotel. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast and comfortable beds. We were able to park close to the hotel on the public parking for a small fee. Hotel has a good location - less than 10 minutes to reach Stortorget.
The ambiente of the theatre, the interieur, the decoration, the breakfast room, the lobby... Great! Restaurants nearby.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was a busy holiday weekend with a big old car show in town. This hotel is on a busy intersection so the traffic noise was an issue but no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was good and we had an excellent evening meal in the cozy dining room.
Super friendly guy at the reception, nice room and good breakfast. Arrived on June 26th pretty late and the guy at the reception is one of the friendliest I have ever met in a hotel. Too service!
The way the breakfast was organised was not good. Bread and butter should have been placed on a separate table.

Lovely little quaint hotel with really nice rooms. Hotel staff was really friendly and the breakfast buffet had a good selection!
In a good location. Walking distance to many different restaurants and bars. Room filled its purpose with bed and shower. Nice decor and design. Unfortunately I forgot my shampoo at home and the hotel didn't have shampoo in the dispenser. The room was extremely hot when we arrived and there is no AC.
Basic, but clean a good location and met all needs.
Close to the city centre. Nice small rooms. Unmanned reception after 16:00. Ok breakfast included. Good value.

You should be absolutly noise resistant for this ho(s)tel, as the entrance of a dance club is just across from the window. Rooms are really small. No hotel for people who are looking for comfort and highly designed furniture. But you will find a room with its own charme with combination of elements from the 50s until today. So, if you don't expect too much, it's really nice.

We enjoyed our short stay with Jämteborg. Located on a very quiet street in the city center, an old but lovely building with its own spirit. However it's not a luxury hotel. Excellent stay for a 3 star hotel.

Stayed for 4 nights with family and a cat. Cozy place with a more familiar environment than your standard chain hotels. Super good location on a quiet side street just a few hundred meters from the pedestrian shopping streets and main square. Plenty of parking spots. Staff is amazing! Helpful and talkative, don't hesitate to ask questions about restaurants, good activities for children or anything...
A hotel with that friendly service that makes you wanna go back. Rooms were ok and the breakfast was nice. Hotel Jämteborg is well within their three star rating.

Although barely recognisable as a hotel from outside, this place looks much nicer on the inside rather than what you might expect outside the building. Coffee machine including hot chocolate, tea as well as cookies were available 24h. That is a really nice service and a five star rating is well deserved for that.
Nice but tiny rooms, at least ours. We arrived around 1 a.m. and couldn't find the parking space, but a friendly stuff member opened us the parking space and guided us back to the hotel. The hotel is not that easy to find. The entrance is next to the BBQ shop.
It's OK to stay a night or two. A bit small and tiny. No reception at all, you get a code and a telephone number in case of needing something. The location is excellent as well as breakfast!
An interesting concept—after making a reservation, you’re emailed a code for the front door and room. There’s no check-in process and no real interaction with any staff. It worked well. The room was excellent and efficient. Very cozy and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was spectacular. Great value.
