Great hotel. Heads up you need to book a suite to get a single bed but the price is reasonable even for a suite. Probably the best hotel in Ostersund. Very comfortable bed once I got a king bed. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner and great staff as well.

Pros: Comfortable, reasonable value hotel. The staff were friendly and the restaurant is really good. I enjoyed both the dinner and the breakfast I had there. Cons: There were no slippers in the rooms and they gave me a twin when I had requested a double. Suggest staying on the 4th floor if you want a view.

The place is very nice.. there’s a lot of small stores and restaurants just around the hotel.. you don’t need to drive just to find a place to eat because it’s just close to hotel.. The staff’s are very welcoming and friendly and helped us about the problem we had in our room. The breakfast was good.. But as you can see in the pictures I uploaded that we had an extra sofa bed and it’s not properly...

All about this hotel is really charming, the attention was really nice they are always up to help you, and also the food is good, I think that this hotel represents Price /quality… my personal congratulations to a guy on reception the best attention ever also professional, unfortunately I don’t know his name but I’m really happy with his service and hospitality… a real human representation of costumer...

Clarion Grand Östersund is located in the city centre of Östersund and about a 15-minute drive from the airport, OSD. The hotel gives easy access to town as it is moments away from shopping, restaurants, and bars and no more than a 10-minute drive to the closest skiing centre. Nice room with quite big and comy beds. Breakfast selection was good, everything tasted well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is a big plus.

Clean room, tastefull brecfast.

Nice hotel in center of city. Near to most shops. O'Learys for breakfast and dinner is great.

Oppholdet var over all forventning. Utrolig hyggelig og møtekommende personell, koselige rom, nydelig frokost og et herlig spa, spesielt utendørsbassenget. Vi kom fredag ettermiddag, og rommet var upåklagelig. Det hadde ikke vært noen innom for rengjøring på lørdag, - derav middels score på det.

Business stop at Östersund Nice two days business visit at Östersund, hotel is in good spot right in the hard of the town, depite to that it was easy to find free over night place for big van I was travelling.

The hotel refused my request for a refund due to a travel accident and did not go to stay.

Right in the center of the town, this town is very small, with a population of 50,000 to 60,000. In winter, you can ski and watch the northern lights. Few Chinese tourists know about it and come here.

Right in the center with the bus station as a neighbor. The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was ok but the cleaning was worse which brings down my rating.

Roger, this man is a lifesaver! We arrived at this hotel tired from several days of skiing. We were pleased to see a free spa with jacuzzis and a sauna. It has a beautiful interior and smells/looks so clean. There were also snacks and drinks to purchase up front. We had to be at the airport at 4:30 a.m. the next morning but didn’t rent a car. Great athmosphere in the hotel. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast and comfortable beds. We were able to park close to the hotel on the public parking for a small fee. Hotel has a good location - less than 10 minutes to reach Stortorget.

The ambiente of the theatre, the interieur, the decoration, the breakfast room, the lobby... Great! Restaurants nearby.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was a busy holiday weekend with a big old car show in town. This hotel is on a busy intersection so the traffic noise was an issue but no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was good and we had an excellent evening meal in the cozy dining room.

Super friendly guy at the reception, nice room and good breakfast. Arrived on June 26th pretty late and the guy at the reception is one of the friendliest I have ever met in a hotel. Too service!

Easy to find and easy to park. Small hotel that stays on top of things. Recommended for both shorter or longer stays. Really helpful staff.

I liked my short stay here. The staff is very good and kind. Nice Room, you can go to the gym across the street they'll provide you a key. A sauna and unfortunately the bass tube isnunder construction. Hotel as a very good breakfast. Congrats. Special thanks to Luwam. Very good worker.

Very good value for the money I had the opportunity to check in one hour prior check in time. Perfekt!

The rooms are decorated nicely, but are not consistently serviced during the stay. The booking site states that the hotel has a pool, but it does not. Also no lift. It is a fair price, and parking is good. Pets are allowed.

Large room Microwave oven, kettle, fridge in the room, very well equiped kitchen for cooking, dishwasher etc...

Very comfortable bed and you get what you pay for! In the heart of Stockholm so many restaurants are close to the hotel. Beautiful area only thing is that I feel it’s a little gross thinking about that you have to share plates, glasses, but atleast they go through the dishwasher.

With microwave, dinnerware refrigerator inside the room, also have kitchen next to the reception. Not really far from the both train station.

Excellent place for cost, way better than average hotel, compared to others in area. Modern & maintained well. Really nice to have microwave & refrigerator / freezer in each room. Plus snack & drink type machines available by credit card use. Self kitchen is great too. Staff friendly & helpful. Note, limited time staff is at facility, but check in is clear to get in. Plenty of shops & food within ...

Gorgeous place with amazing warm friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect in every way, including making us a ‘breakfast bag’ for our train journey when we had to leave early. Really comfortable room. Adorable little bar. Excellent in every way.

Recently refurbished offered great value at a good location between main train station and town centre. Comfortable rooms and great service from the team. Personal touches make it special such as message posted on breakfast pack when we left very early

For one night this hotel was perfect and a good location in the city. The breakfast was very good. Free parking was also very much appreciated

We enjoyed our short stay with Jämteborg. Located on a very quiet street in the city center, an old but lovely building with its own spirit. However it's not a luxury hotel. Excellent stay for a 3 star hotel.

The hotel sits in central Ostesund, and has easy access to shops and trains etc. The hotel rooms have limited ameneties - no phones in the block I was in, and limited front desk operational times. Nevertheless, the staff are very helpful to make your stay comfortable as much as they can.

The room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the free breakfast at the cafe across the street that’s associated with the hotel. There’s plenty of really nice shops and restaurants all around the hotel. Excellent place for walks in town or down by the lake. Absolutely loved my stay.

We loved our stay at Hotel Emma. We arrived late and used the self-check in service, which was very smooth. We were not in Östersund very long, so it was wonderful to stay in a central location to get a feel for the town. Loved that they sold some local products in their lobby. Great breakfast.

The room was well equipped. The Breakfast was very good. I missed nothing. Our room (33) could use a renovation. The ceiling was cracked and the paint was peeling. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Ok, but not more. Need som renovation. Small breakfast room. Friendly atmosphere.

Just the perfect hotel with all the nice touches to make it a very nice place to be.

Lovely little quaint hotel with really nice rooms. Hotel staff was really friendly and the breakfast buffet had a good selection!

In a good location. Walking distance to many different restaurants and bars. Room filled its purpose with bed and shower. Nice decor and design. Unfortunately I forgot my shampoo at home and the hotel didn't have shampoo in the dispenser. The room was extremely hot when we arrived and there is no AC.

Basic, but clean a good location and met all needs.

Close to the city centre. Nice small rooms. Unmanned reception after 16:00. Ok breakfast included. Good value.
