Smart Hotel in Samnaun

The staff are perfect. We arrived at 11:30 am while the check-in is at 3:00 pm. The staff told us: give us 20 minutes and then the room is ready. We sat in the sun in front of the hotel where suddenly a staff member offered free cakes, coffee and tea while waiting; very pleasant surprise!

We had also booked breakfast. Not only the breakfast was great, but when it was my birthday the staff members had placed 2 glasses of champagne with a cake and a candle on our table; how nice it that?! The staff really cares about making you feel at home. I have never experienced this in a hotel, so please keep doing things like this. It makes a good difference!

The room itself was spacious and wonderfully clean. Beds were good and the furnishings are basic. Very good price / quality ratio.

We will definitely come back!

Clean and very functional rooms with ski locker facilities. Great breakfast and most of all really friendly and helpful staff who helped us out enormously.

A perfect place for both summer and winter holidays.
We’ve been here for several days in mid September 2021, the weather was great, we even managed to see the snow. During summer season the cable cars are free of usage if you stay in this hotel

Great hotel with a nice view on the mountains from the balcony. The room was fully equipped and spacious, we just found the blanket a bit too warm.
The staff was friendly and efficient, we arrived too late for check-in but found our check-in package at the reception desk. At checkout, they proposed us some vouchers to have reduced prices in several shops / gas station, as well as a free ride on the cable car.
Perfect hotel for staying in Samnaun, and for a very honest price!

Lots of space, friendly and welcoming. As also close to the Lift system. 2 minutes by ski.

Comfortable and well appointed hotel. Ski in and out via the ski piste right behind the hotel. Ski lockers for each room are a great thing I wish more hotels would adopt. The staff is very friendly and helpful and you can get anything you need from them. I skipped the expensive, in my opinion, breakfast and walked to the shell station for breakfast each day.

Hotel is top notch and I plan to stay there again. ??
